Our experience at The Quality Inn was above our expectations. They were recently bought out, changing from The Travellodge, into The Quality Inn. Service was acceptable, didnt go above & beyond, but definitely satisfied the needs that we did ask for. They off laundry services, as in they have a laundry room with 3 washers, and 3 dryers. $4.00 to complete the washing & drying. They also have a pool, with access from 10am-10pm. Overall cleanliness of the whole facility. The only complaint that I actually had about the entire place was the fact that when the housekeeping would come in and housekeep, they failed to clean the floors every single time. They have hard wood floors in their rooms, so when I would walk barefooted, my feet turned black. And the bedding is pure white, so I didnt realize until my husband and I laid down. That was very disappointing. I also brought it to housekeeping attention, and they STILL failed to clean the floors. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family. They prices were definitely reasonable, and the accommodations are just what anyone who is staying in a hotel is looking for.

Put us in a room with a conjoining door could hear everything next door any time they talked or went to the bathroom. Ask front staff to move because we were very uncomfortable and they refused to do so. Got woken up at 6am because the neighbor turned on their TV and could hear everything.

Everything was great. Maybe too much smelly stuff when you walked in the room. Other than that it was fine.

the staff is great the morning breakfast not the best only waffles no eggs or meat.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and soap, the room was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. Only downside was the vagrants across the parking lot who were hanging out. They made me think twice about whether or not my car would be okay overnight, so I decided to park in the first space next to the main entrance which was well lit and had a security camera pointed in my direction. Luckily, there were no problems whatsoever. Also, the drain in the shower wouldn’t stay completely open so the tub filled up a little bit while showering, but it wasn’t too bad. My check in time was at 3pm, but front desk attendant was nice enough to let me check in early. I arrived an hour beforehand and called to be sure, and he told me that my room was ready and was welcome to come. The proximity to some busy streets surrounding the hotel caused it to be noisy at night, but that wasn’t their fault. Overall, for the price, I was very satisfied and I would stay there again.

Sheets were dirty, and the walls as well. It says not smoking EVERYWHERE! Yet the Employees where smoking outside the door.(signs said everywhere in the property) would not stay there again. Breakfast was boring, for the amount you pay per night.

Super friendly staff, very clean and updated. Small but nice rooms. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but they also give free gym passes to guests at a really nice gym walking distance because they dont have one. Great location. Was more than I expected for the price!

It wasn't bad for one night. The "Silence is Golden" signs in the hallways are awesome. Thank you for a good night's stay.

Very clean. Beautifully renovated. Efficiently designed. Very friendly staff. Loved it.

Rooms are tiny, Queen beds are not queens, those are called Full. Wifi connection was terrible. Changed rooms cause first room had no Wi-Fi. Second room was good, but in fluctuated and kept dropping me, so I had to reconnect every 10 minutes. Frustrating when you’re on a business trip, trying to get work done.

Hotel staff was awesome, rooms were small but okay for a 1 night stay. The beds (fulls) were too stiff and super noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all. Good location, close to everything. The building was in great shape. If I traveled alone the bed would maybe been okay but you hear every movement all night long. I almost slept on the floor. The staff was superb. :)

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I’m never disappointed. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. It’s safe here, the rooms are comfortable. But in this occasion the room that I got was ok except for the bathroom. The tub was dirty and stained. The toilet was very low to the ground and when you sit down you can feel the water of the toilet touching your behind. The AC didn’t seem to be working properly but that didn’t bother me much since the weather outside happened to be amazing during my visit to Yuba City. Other than that I’m satisfied with my experience!!

I enjoyed my stay. This is the second time staying here, I feel my first time staying here was perfect. From the room to the breakfast. This time felt like my room wasn’t as great as the other room and the breakfast was less. But it’s perfect location near my family who live in yuba city. So I’m sure I’ll be back.
