我們選擇這家酒店是因為它是一家四星級酒店，並且發現： - 房間老舊：隔壁房間的動靜都能聽得一清二楚，就像在自己房間裡一樣。淋浴水花四濺，淋浴時必須格外小心。水龍頭的起泡器很髒。床墊很舊，睡起來很不舒服，枕頭也有很多不足之處。 - 噪音：牆壁摸起來像紙一樣，隔壁房間和清潔人員的動靜都能聽得一清二楚，就像在自己房間裡一樣。空調的聲音就像洗衣機旋轉的聲音。 - 早餐：非常簡陋。 酒店入口已經翻新過；在我看來，他們應該從房間開始翻新。

Nos encantó, personal muy amable, todo muy limpio, volveremos

酒店裝修切合當地的特色，很有羅馬的感覺。位置相當好，步行去城堡和羅馬橋很近，去博物館和羅馬劇院也不遠。入住期間唯一覺得不好的是酒店安排的房間相當於沒有窗户，雖然房型、面積都不錯，窗户無法打開透氣是硬傷，大大降低住宿的舒適度。房間在3樓，窗户外面是三樓半的一個公共空間，肯定是不能開窗透氣的。 仔細想一下，這個缺陷應該和訂房平台有關係，攜程在境外的影響力有限，分到好房間的概率比較低，外加估計平台壓價厲害，酒店衹能不動聲色地把這種房間分給平台的客人。而且在歐洲，按照當地效率，一旦入住後換房間是幾乎不可能的，我是晚上才發現這個問題，衹好忍了兩夜。這趟三個月的旅行接近尾聲，沒有想到在梅里達這麼有特色的酒店住了一個不能開窗透氣的房間，非常遺憾！ 附上圖片顯示窗户的房間圖片。

This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel muy limpio nuevo prácticamente, a 20 minutos. De Mérida, con pequeña piscina. Muy tranquilo. Habitaciones con tv y pequeña nevera. Buen Menú diario por 13 € con pan, bebida y postre.

Escolhemos o Parador de Zafra porque viajávamos por Espanha e ficava na localização certa para descansar nessa noite. Mas esse não foi o único critério: era um edifício histórico, muito bonito, com condições e bons comentários. Não ficámos desiludidos! Ainda que num ambiente de castelo , tem todas as condições de conforto, o atendimento foi muito simpático. O estacionamento foi pago.

Horrible experience at the hotel. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. We had to pay an additional charge at checkout without being notified of it beforehand, too. However, the room was fairly clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful. If not for the rude and racist staff, it would have been a nice place to stay.
