We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! ✅ Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. They also helped us register our car for free parking, which was a great bonus. 🛏️ Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning was customisable and worked flawlessly throughout the stay, adding to our comfort. 🧴 All the toiletries were fully stocked and ready to use — a small but thoughtful touch. 🕛 One thing we really appreciated was the 12 PM checkout time, which is later than many other hotels. It gave us extra time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. 🛍️ The location is super convenient — just a 5-minute walk to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping easy. 🔌 Another highlight was the electric vehicle charging available in the hotel parking, which was exactly what we needed. 💷 Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with great service and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed 3 nights so that we could visit family and friends in the area. Booked a twin room which had adequate space for 2 of us and separate area with small table and chairs if needed. Beds were comfortable and the room was warm (once I was shown how to activate the heating) Unfortunately the bathroom was very cold as the hotel boiler needed repair so the radiator wasn’t working. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is quite dated and in need of an upgrade which is on the planning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I realised I’d left my own personal pillow on the bed. They tracked it down and a friend collected for me the next day. Definitely stay agin when next in the area.

Exploring Cambridge is a breeze when staying at the Hyatt Centric Cambridge. Its central location and easy access to public transport, combined with the beautiful sunset views and friendly staff, make for a wonderful experience. Keep up the good job!

The room was simple and clean. At first I wondered why there was no mineral water, but later I found that the hotel lobby provided free sparkling water and purified water, as well as ice cubes, which was very user-friendly. The waiter was very friendly, the hotel was quiet outside, the environment was very good, and there was free parking.

being right next to train station is priceless. Trains are available frequently and it takes 7 mins to cambridge. Lovation wise it might be even better than staying somewhere in Cambridge outskirts. breakfast was really nice but hotel/room is a bit outdated and needs a renovation. nonetheless it’s a good place for a short stay.

I'm pleased with this accommodation where I stayed on my own for 1 night. Very clean. Shower was hot and effective. Bed was very comfortable, although the duvet did get too warm during the day and I didn't actually get a good night's sleep. No way to turn down room temperature as far as I could tell (this was end of September). Very good location. Only a 3-minute drive from the park & ride, and overnight I parked for free across from Sainsbury's, which is just 2 minutes' walk from Turing Locke. It's not in the city and would've required waiting for the bus if I were to go into the city, but didn't bother me as I quite like staying out of city. Would recommend.

Check in was smooth. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located is a very good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city Center, yet very close to pop in and out when need. Overall, we had a fabulous time at Holiday Inn Peterborough. I’d recommend it any day.

Quiet location, a local family restaurant is nearby. Room price is very very competitive! 10 minutes drive to city centre but just 5-7 minutes drive to Nene park which is great. Room renovation and breakfast buffet are the same as other Holiday Inn Express do. Food quality is expected and consistent. Shower water pressure was not very very strong but still acceptable.

Lovely stay. Very convenient just right next to the train station come across there is a convenience store. Bus stop is also right at the door to get to the Cambridge town. The breakfast is also very good too. 

Fabulous stay in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite.and the rooms have everything you could possibly wish for. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and quality items available. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning.
