Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel
Stayed here for one night during my Peak District trip. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of Buxton and close to the Pavilion Gardens, bus stops, and walking routes. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm — perfect after a long day of hiking. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A solid choice if you’re exploring Buxton and the Peak District using public transport.
Very clean and well maintained property. It was perfect stay, specially very kind staff. And easy to make friends, as lots of creative shared space like lounge, informal library, playing room, cafe etc.
訪訪客We stayed at the hotel following a wedding. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There were some areas that were quite tired looking and items in the room that did not work such as the fan. The main issue with the room was a very strong smell that seemed to be from the sewage. The communication from staff was very poor. Overall I expected a lot better especially with the price of the room.
LLouiseRxExcellent stay all members of staff were very attentive and friendly.
Room was lovely with lots of extra touches Molton Brown, Cadbury hot chocolate, Twonning tea with a teapot and daily paper. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud very luxury.
Food was delicious and a lovely range of cocktails and Jeremy Clarkson beers and ciders
Beautiful gardens.
We will definitely return. Thank you for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

WWeiyiStayed in this hotel as we are visiting the Chatsworth House the next day. Unfortunately we had a penalty charge for stopping our car at the front of the hotel for only 2 mins to off load luggage. It would be better if the hotel mention this before we check in.
