Sidewalks barely exist – they are taken over by motorbikes, street cafes, and vendors, so walking is often done in the middle of the road. 🏍 How to Get Around Hanoi Without Getting Lost? Hanoi is a city where traffic laws exist only on paper, but somehow, locals navigate the chaos effortlessly. 🚶♂️ On foot – The best way to explore the Old Quarter, but be prepared to weave between motorbikes and street vendors constantly. 🛵 Grab (like Uber, but for bikes too) – Cheap and convenient motorbike taxis that get you anywhere fast—though riding one in Hanoi feels like an adventure ride. 🚆 Visiting Train Street – Here, trains pass just inches from street-side cafes.
