We stayed at 20 Hiltons this year and Sasuke was the best ever. Very friendly staff, we were welcomed friendly at check-in and checkout. The location of the Saski Hotel is also perfect. Our room was beautifully designed! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back again! I am so sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we are somewhat surprised by the opinion regarding breakfast, as our guests usually highly praise our breakfast offerings and, above all, the quality. Guests are also asked about their first drink, although it may have happened that someone overlooked your order, which shouldn’t happen, that’s why we’re sorry. In fact, on certain days and at specific times, the restaurant can be a bit more crowded, which can affect the overall experience. We ask you for another opportunity, and in your future visits, we will make sure to take care of you as best we can and we are confident that your opinion of our breakfasts will change for the better.
