Rainy Season at Mount Bromo: Beautiful, Brief, and Unforgettable

Visiting Mount Bromo during the rainy season is definitely worth it. As long as you get up early, the chances of seeing the volcano are high because nature will reward your respect. The golden moment of sunrise lasts less than ten minutes, but those beautiful moments I will never forget. 🌏 Guide ⏰ Time Planning It is recommended to prepare for two days and one night because the chance to see the volcano at sunrise is greater! Arrive in the afternoon on the first day and check in at Cemorolawang village near the volcano. Wake up around 3 a.m. the next day to start the trip. Take a motorcycle 🏍 to Seruni Point to begin hiking, cost 30k per person. After watching the sunrise, around 7 a.m., take a motorcycle 🏍 down the mountain to the crater. Locals on the mountain offer motorcycle rides; remember to bargain. For two people, we paid 200k from the mountain to the crater and back to the hotel. 🧥 Gear Windbreaker jacket – it’s windy on the mountain; no need for a down jacket! You’ll get hot while walking. Headlamp, flashlight, or phone light will work. Sports shoes – the viewing route is very simple. 📸 Photography Capture the blue hour and the golden moment at sunrise. No need to deliberately find the tree you see online because by the time you find it, the good weather might be gone. If clouds surround the volcano, you won’t see it. There are many trees on the mountain; finding a good angle will also make for great photos.
