Little tip: The map navigation "Beihai Reservoir" actually points to the west bank, a perfect spot for sunrise shots where you can capture two big chimneys; if you go in the afternoon, head straight to the north bank, where there are fewer people and flocks of migratory birds and Baikal teal, so you can catch them in action; at dusk, you can walk to the east bank to shoot the sunset.
