Five pointed-angle towers form a delicate top structure with a revolving Bronze Dragon modelled on the 14th century artistic style, which was created by the great architect Ted Kent. In the 16th century, the bell tower was equipped with a group of 52 bells, playing melodious music for the town every day. You can take the elevator or climb the stairs to the Bell Tower to overlook the magnificent view of the city.

The Bell Tower of Ghent is the tallest building in the centre of Ghent. It is a perfect Gothic building. The inside of the Bell Tower can be visited for two euros. It is a small museum. It introduces the working principle of the Bell Tower and some machinery and equipment. After reading it, it makes people feel special and magical. The top of the Bell Tower can also be visited, where you can have a panoramic view of the whole city of Gent.
