Dubai Opera House is Dubai's largest architectural masterpiece and a pearl on Dubai's cultural crown. Its shape is like a futuristic sailboat, attracting opera, ballet, drama and classical music masters. Designed by Danish architect Janus Rostock, the Opera House has 2000 seats and is Dubai's first truly world-class cultural facility. Placido Domingo, the famous tenor, will perform at the opening ceremony on August 31, 2016. The Opera House is situated in the bustling downtown of Dubai, providing a first-class environment for the audience to enjoy various international-level performances and feasts.
