就在彰德府城隍廟，免費開放，下午五點就關門，而且雖然建築群緊挨着文峰南街，但入口卻設在內街裡頭的南門，出入要走多好幾百米。這個四進院落裏面的大殿和左右對稱的廊房配房大多開闢成一個個展廳，介紹安陽地區各種民俗生活的特點內容，並收藏了很多當地藝術工作者創作的書畫、剪紙、雕刻等作品，歷史文化底蘊厚重，展現古都安陽的光輝形象。

The Museum of folk art is Town God's Temple, Changde Prefecture. In another hall, there were several Guqin practitioners, who told us some basic knowledge and had a very good attitude. The air-conditioning was on in the hall. The day we went was very hot. We could hardly leave when we visited the hall to enjoy the cool.
