哈爾濱兆麟公園舉辦的一年一屆的冰燈遊園會，哈爾濱的藝術家們用松花江原生冰進行創作，雕塑出千姿百態的冰雕藝術作品，再輔以現代科技手段，便構成了獨具北國特色的冰燈藝術。展出千餘個景點，在藝術家和能工巧匠手下，松花江上取來的天然冰變成了一件靈氣活現的精美藝術品。

今天是正月十五，許多遊客與市民來到冰燈藝術遊園會園區，觀賞冰雕，感受冰雪藝術的魅力。
