勞勞海灘也是一處很適合参觀和潜水的好去處，這處海灘上也是很乾凈的，沒有太多的開發的東西，都是最純凈的海洋風景，海灘上的很多的資源也是蠻有趣的哦。

勞勞海灘，是塞班島非常不錯的潜水的聖地，這邊的海水可以說相當的乾淨，因為生態保護的好，這邊的海洋生物的品種可以說是相當豐富，來這邊潜水，是相當不錯的選擇。

本來去塞班之前沒打算潜水，由於跳傘臨時改了時間就有小半天的休息時間，閨蜜就慫恿我去潜水！東北人最常說的一句話，來都來了！！就聯繫了領隊，約了體驗潛（這裏要提醒小夥伴們，沒有潜水執照不能下藍洞，還有就是跳傘或者開飛機和潜水要相隔24小時以上，否則耳壓會出現問題！）！因為是下午4點到的海灘，幾乎沒有人了，偶爾遇見的3.4個人還是潜水結束返回的！對了，去酒店接我的是個東北的小鮮肉，遼寧鞍山的哈哈，讓我倍感親切耶！帶我到了海灘，介紹了我的教練，山東的大漢（是為了讓我有足夠的安全感嗎）這個時間教練都累了，幾乎沒人再下海了，幸運的遇到了下午才上班的教練，又幸福的被教練1vs1的帶到了海底✌從剛到海底的緊張，到遇見魚群的興奮，我想是愛上了潜水老阿姨決定人生有多了一個目標，潜水執照！

下午去勞勞海灘潜水，教練會給大家做基礎培訓，潜水不深十分安全，不過一套裝備穿身上，再加上氧氣瓶還是很重的，到水裡就很輕鬆了，還跟着教練學習了水中吐圈圈，很有意思。 穿了潜水衣 氧氣瓶好重啊，現在她還笑得開心，站起來就不行了，哈哈（有嘛）水下了，潜水姿勢要學好，沒事別豎起大拇指哦 水下前進中，有繩子很安全 來個背影（哇，親愛的超帥） 各色的魚很美 我愛Saipan

After launching, it is helpful to find a good swimming base. In a few minutes, the balance of the central buoyancy was mastered. Because of the good water, the coach arranged the first battle of launching. Five minutes after entering the water, a large number of fish and living corals came to me, and I couldn't catch sight of them. They totally ignored their husbands and girlfriends behind them. They experienced half an hour during the whole journey. They dragged the rope along the established route slowly (the experience course did not allow students to loosen the rope for fear of failing to master the balance). They couldn't get addicted to landing. This trip also made me determined to get aow's diving license! Warm tips don't eat too much before launching into the water. My girlfriend eats very greasy food for breakfast and starts to vomit when she goes ashore. She is in a coma all afternoon. My husband and I only ate a sushi roll, but I didn't feel any discomfort at all. My husband also went to skydive in the afternoon, a real warrior.

Because the gale did not go down to the deep, it was in a very shallow place nearby. The coach first taught some diving precautions, first aid gestures and so on. Very nervous, we pulled the rope in the water to the bottom of the sea. The sea floor is really beautiful. If you don't catch the rope carelessly, you will float to the surface. That's the end of the perfect diving activity! _________

I went to Laura Beach today. Located in the southeastern Bay of Saipan, Laolao Beach has a calm and vast sea surface. The water depth of 100 meters offshore reaches only the waist. After 100 meters, the sea becomes deeper and deeper. It is an excellent place for practicing snorkeling and learning deep diving. It is also a teaching and training place for all kinds of snorkeling/deep diving training classes and associations in Saipan.
