It is said that when the Emperor of Ruan Dynasty issued the official document, he suddenly had a headache, so he sent people to investigate, the truth was revealed, and the perpetrators were sentenced to death. These 108 wrongdoers are said to have become gods to protect the safety of the sailors. The hall is dedicated to these 108 people, and the hall says, " Zhaoying Gong " in fact, it means, " brother Gong " meaning. It belongs to one of the Chinese Guild Halls.

Qiongfu Guild Hall is also a must-see Guild Hall. It is not far from the market at the end of Hui'an ancient city. It can be found on the map. It is not big. The Guild Hall is very clean and tidy. It is also dedicated to the villagers of Hainan who worked hard in the early years. When they came here with dreams, life was not easy, and there was bitterness in the South China Sea. History.
