The Silk Road Sculpture Group is located in Daqing Road, Lianhu District, Xi'an City. It was built to commemorate the 2100th anniversary of the Silk Road in 1987. It took three years since 1984. The "Silk Road Group Sculptures", nearly 60 meters long, light brown granite material is simple and elegant, the lines are vigorous and smooth, depicting three Chang'an people, three Persians, 14 camels, two horses and three dogs. It vividly depicts and reproduces a group of camels traveling on the Silk Road, full of silk, porcelain, tea and other great scenes about to travel westward. Standing at one end of the sculpture, the whole sculpture is like a mighty and magnificent backbone, which fluctuates continuously, integrates into one, and has great momentum. Looking at them is like reading a history of vicissitudes of life and silk road, which makes people awe-inspiring. Now it has become the landmark sculpture of the ancient capital of Xi'an.
