Located in Pudong Administrative and Cultural Center, Shanghai Oriental Art Center is one of the symbolic cultural facilities in Shanghai. It was invested 1.1 billion yuan by Shanghai Municipal Government and Pudong New Area Government. It was designed by Paul Andrew, a famous French architect, with a total floor area of nearly 40,000 square meters. Looking down from a high place, the five hemispheres of the Oriental Art Center are in turn - "the entrance of the main hall, the concert hall, the exhibition hall, and the opera hall. They look like a beautiful "Phalaenopsis".
