永昌堡，明城堡，俗稱新城。建於1558年（明嘉靖三十七年）。位於溫州市龍灣區永中街道。明代，溫州沿海備受倭寇侵犯，永強抗倭首領王沛、王德叔侄犧牲。后王沛侄子王叔果、叔杲兄弟發起修建此堡以抗倭。
