辛亥革命博物館，是武漢市為紀念辛亥革命·武昌首義100周年而興建的一座專題博物館，位於湖北省武漢市武昌區彭劉楊路258號，北臨彭劉楊路，南抵張之洞路，東鄰楚善街，西靠體育街，總建築面積22142平方米，是首義文化區的核心建築，與鄂軍都督府（紅樓）、孫中山銅像、拜將台銅像、烈士祠牌坊等同處一條軸線。辛亥革命博物館於2009年8月動工興建，2011年9月落成，2011年10月15日起免費對公眾開放。據2020年4月7日辛亥革命博物館官網显示，辛亥革命博物館共展示辛亥革命歷史文物428件（套）、歷史照片694張，以及重大歷史事件復原場景27處、藝術品12處、多媒體20處。辛亥革命博物館先後榮獲國家國防教育示範基地、武漢市2011年度文化工作績效管理先進單位、2012～2013年度中國建設工程魯班獎（國家優質工程）等榮譽稱號。2020年，辛亥革命博物館入選“第四批國家二級博物館名單”。
