西班牙加泰羅尼亞設有SPA的酒店

La estancia ha sido buena hasta que hemos ido al coche,habían roto la ventana y nos habían robado,a nosotros y 6 coches más, un parking privado del hotel,lo peor ha sido la recepcionista que no ha avisado a los clientes de lo ocurrido, no ha llamado a la policía y ha pasado de todos,vamos una auténtica malnacida,no vuelvo ni yo,ni mis conocidos.

這趟旅行剛結束，才下結論説：這是我們訂的最差的酒店！入住的那天有點感冒，到前台辦手續要求樓層高點、安靜點，安靜休養，結果給的房窗户邊靠停車場，衞生間有異味，床頭對着洗手間，很吃驚這是我們早早訂的“豪華房”，更惱火的是：第二天早上洗潄，下水管掉下來，下水直接沖濕地板，我帶着發燒的病體到前台要求換房，告之要工程（修理）人員認定後才能換。。無視我們的提議！結果安裝上第二天又掉了，人生病，家裡人説求靜養吧！少交涉少生氣，家裡人想辦法用垃圾桶頂上經常脱落的下水管，但還是在異味中（冷風凍天氣下開着窗）躺了幾天退燒走人！那還是聖誕節期間！！ 設施：差， 服務：行政化，要走程序，裝腔作勢浪費時間

Very good location. You walk to most city attraction spots. the hotal staff all are very helpfull and get what you want. the stand room we got is littel small. if morny is not a issue try get the suprtior room. also the breakfast was very good.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

¡ 景色多麼觀!從房間和餐廳,景色從一開始就讓你,從這個角度講,我認爲這是我曾經最好的停車場。房間也相當不錯,不算是很棒。自助早餐多樣化,品質不錯,配有本地產品,就像這些設施的政策一樣。餐廳也相當不錯。我們吃了兩晚飯,我們都要求不同的東西,我們最喜歡牛奶,儘管其他菜都很好。全體員工的注意力非常好,在餐廳和早餐上都很快,外面停車場是免費的,有6個電動汽車11kWh的加載點。很高興他選擇了這個守護者來到我們在亞倫谷的住處。

説實話這酒店性價比不是特別高，感覺偏貴了。地理位置還不錯，附近環境也比較安全。我們住的時候，有很多國航的空姐和機長也住這裏。前台服務態度還可以但也説不上特別好。房間有點小，整個酒店跟國內的洲際肯定沒法比。早餐的話加分，很豐盛了。

Todo super bien y muy bonito! El hotel una pasada, el magma como siempre muy bien y el desayuno, simple pero muy completo. Muy recomendable

23年底的時候住了一次，那時候是索菲特，這次去住已經換牌成為現在的君悦，房間很新，但是服務簡直是垃圾，客房服務撥打過去數十次無人接聽，無奈自己下樓找他們要拖鞋，之所以要拖鞋是因為他們酒店提供兩種拖鞋，一款大的一款小的，房間裏最開始放的是小的，這款拖鞋衹有腳碼在36及以下的女士才能穿的了，我下樓與前台溝通明確表示要大號拖鞋，客房服務人員又拿來小號拖鞋，並告訴我衹有小號拖鞋，於是我再次下樓與大廳經理溝通，大廳經理明確表示有大號拖鞋並派人送到我房間，但是我收到的依然是小號拖鞋並再次被客房服務人員告知衹有小號拖鞋，我不清楚這是不是被種族歧視區別對待，因為一家酒店幾乎全是外國人，而外國人的腳碼更加偏大，怎麼可能穿的了這種拖鞋？本人41碼，圖片如下，這家酒店的服務簡直就是垃圾中的垃圾

行程多變，所以逐日預訂避免整個行程被取消。前一天預訂了基礎房，因為操作失誤今日預訂了七十房需要更換。早上辦手續格外交代要一個雙床房，前台同意。晚上回來發現還是一個king Size的單床房。和前台溝通告知已經全部被預訂無法換雙床。其實King Size是二個小床合併，重要重新換床品就可以滿足我們的需要。但酒店處理很生硬，所以服務扣分。七十房和基礎房沒有任何實質差異，沒必要多花錢預訂
