西班牙瓦倫西亞自治區設有水療的酒店

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

Excelente! Lo mejor de todo el personal humano!!! Empezando con las recepcionistas, el personal del restaurante, spa, piscina y las dos barras, animación,las chicas de limpieza. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia!!

非常漂亮的酒店, 位置很好, 而且還清

非常滿意這個酒店。位置簡直是神奇的,離老城很近,同時也是第一線海灘。房間很大,有必要的。kingsize牀實際上就像2個單人牀(不是單人布)。水壓超棒,的淋浴。早餐不可思議,不知道誰寫負面評論,太了。各種食物的選擇,包括西班牙的專業如哈蒙,蛋糕,,。提供火腿(非常好吃!)。總的來說,我們很喜歡延長一天。免費停車有困難,一次幸運地站在酒店旁邊,其他時候發現10分鐘步行的地方(大停車場)。

我認為酒店位置很好，因為不遠處有一個購物中心，服務我認為很好，但配件有兩間小屋中的一間沒有梳子和牙刷，我認為應該有電視YouTube 並使用西班牙語以外的語言，否則我認為它非常乾淨，我想我給它4.5 顆星

Algo negativo, la limpieza de la habitación 943. Habían hasta cáscaras de pipas al lado del sofa-cama del apartamento. El buffet muyyyyyy escaso. Ponen churros y a las 9:00 ya no les queda chocolate. Desayuno salado: bacon, revuelto y salchichas. Los arroces si que estaban muy buenos (poner sobres de alioli, porque lo del mortero, es ajonesa. Así que cuidado con los alérgenos por el huevo). Las camareras del la cafetería muy amables.

Maravillosa ubicación, trato excelente por parte del personal, lo mejor el buffet, muchísima calidad en el producto.

las instalaciones inmejorables el servicio muy bien muy buena organizacion ,tuvimos problemas con el tema de alergenos,quizas no lo hicimos bien ,si tienen problemas con los alergenos dirigirse a atencion al cliente y se lo solucionan rapido .Volveremos 100x100
