美國佐治亞州設有SPA的酒店

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

總體而言，酒店本身設計很不錯，房間內有點老了，但是也算乾淨。但是肯定不值400USD一晚的價格。服務方面也有待提高，因為有大型比賽的緣故，所以人爆滿，牙膏牙刷拖鞋都基本供不應求，住了兩晚都沒有拖鞋，衹能光腳走。收拾的保潔阿姨還是很貼心的，但是仍然是問前台很少得到迴應，也沒有任何的補償措施，雖然人多顧不過來可以理解，但是一些小贈品或者贈些水果或早餐也都沒有，並且行李寄存也完全沒有位置，直接不給寄存。讓有一種花錢找罪受的感覺。可以理解，但是我不滿意，make sense。

我在薩凡納進行宣誓。如果我是誠實的,Planters Inn不是我的首選,因爲我通常住在希爾頓家庭。但這些酒店都預訂了。看到幾個差評有點擔心,但選擇了Planters Inn,因爲它離我需要的地方最近。要。事後看來,我很高興希爾頓的房產被預訂了。酒店比其他傢伙性格多得多。是的,酒店顯示了它的年齡,但它維護得很好。房間很乾淨,舒適,在價格更高的酒店擁有我習慣的一切。然而,工作人員是使Planters Inn成爲真正寶石的原因。他們很友好,樂於助人,並且超越了我需要完成的幾個深夜任務,爲第二天的工作做準備。我計劃在不久的將來和我的妻子一起回到薩凡納,作爲遊客(我沒有真正的時間在他的旅行中觀光),當我這樣做的時候,我會住在種植園旅館。

酒店公寓不錯,對面就是市民中心站,有地下停車場。前台工作人員服務很好。大堂內設有着色區域的可愛空間,餐廳是公寓的前身:全套廚房、客廳、用餐區、兩台電視、陽台和臥室,有點經典萬豪風格。但與萬豪不同的是,除了肥皂和浴帽外,沒有額外的毛巾、浴袍、拖鞋或洗浴用品。 鑰匙上的餐廳時間不正確。餐廳在晚上9點半關門,但前台說只有廚房在晚上945點關門。無論如何,混合導致我們與沉默的餐廳工作人員的客房服務沒有互動。餐廳也每天午睡,雖然鑰匙只說週末。12號門不讓門達什來公寓,只有大堂。然而,12名工作人員如果有人可用,將送貨;否則你必須去大堂。 總而言之,這是一個非常愉快的住宿。

位置很好(就在薩瓦納河前) 停車最差(投宿也不能免費停車..。巴特$54,停車場建築物自助停車$56(因爲按時間計算) *如果要停車的話,建議在路邊停車。酒店停車場太貴了 便利設施好..可惜沒有游泳池... 房間清潔-好像是粗略的.。垃圾桶周圍沒有整理(好像只扔掉大的東西..) 不填充設施...一天是線和針,一天是發帽,一天什麼都沒有。 我不知道,因爲我沒有在這裏吃飯。 啊!鮑勃酒吧的氣氛和友善度都很好

DON’T recommend if you want prompt attention. The property and staff are lovely. The pool service is not worthy of $500 per night. Might be the time of year and our dinner experiences were atrocious- over an hour wait for meals from the time we ordered (which in itself was a significant wait) both nights. Golfing 18 took nearly 6 hours. Will go back to give another try- was a gorgeous property.

餐廳和食物都很棒!服務很好。酒店與市中心的安全購物和娛樂隔離。如果體育場或GWCC沒有活動,和/或游泳池不是一個選項,在住宿期間沒有什麼可做的,即在酒吧/酒廊現場音樂或爵士樂,或某種形式的保守娛樂消遣時間。總之,酒店太好了,沒那麼無聊,除非你恨錢夠在按摩上吹$250-1000,否則那裏真的沒什麼進展,對於在市中心黃金地段這麼精英酒店來說,只是一個令人失望的現實。但如果入住,絕對一定要趁着飯菜...,簡直太棒了!

This is a great little pet friendly hotel right off I20. It’s a great value for the price. Breakfast is cold cereal, hot oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast with butter and jelly, coffee, packaged muffins, chocolate covered donuts, powdered donuts, and 3 different juices. The pool looks nice and clean, but we didn’t have time to use it. There were a few cosmetic problems that were minor. Things weren’t “pristine” but they were definitely clean, comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. We plan to stay here every time we travel to western Georgia.
