西班牙加泰羅尼亞的3星級酒店

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

酒店蠻好的，我覺得房間比他照片的要漂亮。但不是那種正兒八經的朝外開的窗户，類似天井。有免費的水和咖啡提供，咖啡味道還不錯。去住在1層，樓下是0層，所以也增加了安全性。位置很好，和巴特羅之家下樓過馬路即到。巴特羅旁邊的阿瑪特耶之家也很好看！馬路對面有一家馬德里餐廳也很好吃。能趕到地鐵過的聲音和震動，不過還好，不算吵。入住和退房時間會比較嚴格。存行李也很方便，是放在有鎖的房間裏，感覺挺安全的。最後走的時候，工作人員還幫助我們叫車。他們還有一個需要開關門的電梯，挺有趣的。

房間本身非常好：乾淨、舒適、寬敞。然而，我對這次住宿和飯店設施的第一印象並不理想，這影響了整個體驗。  我大約下午 1 點到達酒店。首先讓我感到驚訝的是，這裡實際上有 2 家酒店，但只有其中一家設有入住登記處，所以我得四處打聽才能找到。當我終於到達接待處時，由於有些人正在退房，所以我排在了第二個。在我等待的時候，進來了一個家庭（父母和一個孩子），然後又來了一組旅客。當接待員接待完在我之前的客人後，我要求辦理入住手續。她沒有道歉，也沒有友善地對待我，她告訴我這件事好像這件事總是會發生，而不是人們按照到達的順序得到服務。我相信她的家人真的很感激她所做的一切，如果她隨後承認這樣做是不對的，並提供一些服務來恢復他們的聲譽，我不會介意。我不僅沒有收到任何道歉或類似的東西，而且我再次被繞過登記，因為接待員決定邀請後來進來的 5 個人來結帳。那時，我和排隊的其他人都對這種行為感到困惑，並且明白這種行為不公平。 當我終於辦理完入住手續並回到街道另一邊的酒店時，房間令我感到驚喜。它很乾淨並配備了所有必要的設施。然而，一開始我對取得電力所需做的事情感到有點困惑。一位朋友告訴我，將鑰匙卡插入特定插槽才能獲得電力的系統現在已成為常態，但這個月我去了 5 家不同的酒店，他們都有不同的系統，沒有一家是這家，所以我個人很感激能在門上貼上提示或信息海報。我發現這個房間的唯一缺點是街道的那一側相當吵。關上窗戶後情況會好得多，但是，如果你睡眠很淺，我建議你帶上耳塞。  其餘的住宿經驗對我來說都還不錯，但不幸的是，第一次的經驗是我永遠不會忘記的。  如果您是全家出行，我想這家酒店隨時都會優先考慮您而不是其他客人，所以也許這就是他們所迎合的對象。然而，作為一個獨自旅行者，這並不是我所期待的。

Accueil et personnel très aimable. Des conseils pour visiter Lisbonne 😊. Chambre propre et confortable avec 1 bouteille d'eau à disposition, bouilloire, thé. Des petites attentions à l' accueil comme des bonbons, des petites pâtisseries et des citronnades.

這是我們第一次有如此糟糕的體驗住宿。我們通過WhatsApp詢問我們提供個人護照信息,並通過WhatsApp的付款鏈接支付酒店稅,在我們入住之前提前收到了。我們發現這種方式非常不尋常,由於消息是否來自物業,我們拒絕提前繳納稅款。然後所謂的物業工作人員聲稱我們不尊重他們。我發現荒謬,因爲我們已經全額支付了住宿費,並告訴他們在辦理入住時將全額繳納稅款,與總共3晚的住宿費相比,這是一筆小數額。 入住後,我們發現只有一個衛生紙沒有紙巾。所以我們要求額外提供,因爲天氣很暖和,我們要求一張薄牀單,而不是給定的羽絨被。物業工作人員說,只需向我們收取50英鎊的牀單!!我們發現這很荒謬,給了我們額外的廁所卷,他們很不高興。與附近住宿相比,該物業的高房價住宿是多少?他們給了我們一個期望值較低的單位,沒有景色(見照片),與廣告照片相差太大。他們反對給我們換房間,即使我們告訴他們保險箱在入住後的第二天被寵壞了。上帝是他們希望我們清理垃圾箱,在最後一天把它帶到底層!即使在圓頂AirBnB單位,我也沒有遇到這種情況。我們要求垃圾袋,因爲他們的垃圾箱沒有袋子,物業工作人員說他們沒有提供垃圾袋!所以如果沒有提供袋子,我們應該如何幫助他們清理垃圾?你期望我們買垃圾袋,幫助他們打掃?完全荒謬!非常不推薦,因爲單位很小,房間佈局古怪

地點一流 近地鐵站 近西班牙廣場同加太隆尼亞廣場 去機場都好方便 有唔同巴士到酒店附近或廣場附近！床好舒服 乾淨 有充電位有燈 有大櫃放行李 可以自己上鎖 安全 而沖涼廁所係房外 而且男女浴室都分開 又安靜好多 有廚房 超多廚具用品 自己煮都得 酒店對面又有超市可以買野！附近都好多餐廳 早午晚都唔使擔心！
