Charming little hotel with pretty basic utilities  But if a problem with the bed sheets as was bitten by mites during the night.  Location is good easy access to the Zócalo and other local attractions

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

El personal es muy amable!! Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias!! Nosotras elegimos el desayuno incluido y estaba deliciosa la comida. Sin duda regresaría al hotel!! Ahí mismo encuentras tours para conocer las baías, las cascadas entre otras cosas, todo es muy accesible!! Fue un viaje de amigas que disfrutamos mucho!!

真的很喜歡酒店本身,但工作人員有點傲慢,特別是男性工作人員問我是否獨自一人,如果我有一個男朋友,作爲一個年輕的女性獨奏旅行者...不酷。還有,有一次工作人員沒有敲門就走進我的房間,然後甚至沒有道歉!只是問是否只有我在房間裏,然後走回來!這對我來說太瘋狂了。否則,游泳池很可愛,花園很好,我喜歡沿着馬路的海灘俱樂部

除了我預訂了大牀房,我還付了大牀房,他們先給我兩張雙牀房,當然我抱了,他們告訴我房間被賣了,所以他們給我一張兩張牀雙人無額外費用,我告訴他們,這很不舒服,因爲我們只是我和丈夫,我們不會睡在女孩的牀上,因爲我爲我們留了大牀,我被重新安置到另一個房間,只有一個正常的牀,沒有我所預備的牀大,真相我覺得很欺騙,我沒有付錢,他們沒有賣房,這不是我的錯我下午三點前兩分鐘到達,開始登機時間,他們告訴我他們已經全部忙着了,我沒想到,酒店半空了

Nice location. Simple but clean. The cost for bringing your dog is now 250 pesos

非常棒，離機場很近，前台服務特別好，整體酒店服務水平五顆星。

這是一個新的內部。 靠近教堂,方便在城市中漫步。沒有吹風機。
