Must visit in Vijaypura
Nice temple , huge statue of shiva which is well maintained. It takes 30 to 45 min to cover the spot. Visit in early morning to experience it.

Lord Shiva Statue, more popularly called Shivagiri of Bijapur is the fourth tallest statue of Shiva in the world sitting at 85 feet tall. A wonderful sight to see.

Shivgiri Temple
The Shivgiri temple is located on the outskirts of Bijapur. There is a very large statue of Lord Shiva here. It is popular with the locals as there is also a park adjacent with some rides.
