Find the Lavender Lady at the farmer's market, then buy some Lavender Sea Salt (a "labor of love" as she says). This herb/spice mix is perfect for light white fish like halibut.

An amazing lavender farm sitting on the edge of the coastal forest. Don't miss seeing and smelling this farm. Her lavender oil is the most potent I have been able to find.

Not open to the public this season.
We wanted to visit the farm, but it wasn't open. We ran into the owner at the weekend Farmer's Market selling her lavender products. She told us that they harvest in June, so their isn't much to see ...
