Stunning views of West Lake while you’re on top of Leifang Pagoda. You can see 360degree of West Lake up there and enjoy a nice breeze, very relaxing.
Majestic views of the unspoiled nature in the surrounding areas of the beautiful West Lake.
Leifang Pagoda is one of the top sights around west lake in Hangzhou city. at the top floor you can have a great view of west lake and Hangzhou city. the current building is rebuilt on the ruins of old structure.
I went there in Spring of 2017 and I must admit I was amazed by the tower, the interior of the tower and the view from the top of the tower! It was all so beautiful and definitely worth going up to the tower! I would love to go back! :)
Leifeng Tower is located on the South part of West Lake and can be seenfor almost anywhere in the lake area. There is a nice small pond at street level and an air conditioned vistors center where you can have a rest . There is a fee to get in . Once you are in, you can climb the steps or take an esculator to the base of Leifeng Tower. The base level has murals and an ancient dig . from there, you can take an elevator to the fourth floor where you can get very good views of the lake and city . best time to go is later in the afternoon. Very good spot for photos.
