Great concert spot
Great spot for a concert staff were so helpful and friendly. Easy to walk to and lots of places to eat and stay within walking distance.
Disability disappointment
I've visited the arena many many times and always found it to be a fantastic venue for music acts, however this was the first time I'm visited with my friend who uses a wheelchair. I visit the arena...
Easy to get to and out of.
Excellent venue. Great spot in the docks. Saw Michael Macintyre who was excellent. Well organised and so easy to get in and out of.

Queuing up outside since 1pm for a 2.30 show start but nowhere on the booking did it say what time doors open which was 1.30. Shouted out to have bags open for the scanner and security, I have no prob...

Tickets mis-sold, stated we could sit anywhere, not allowed off the arena floor, we asked numerous times and was told if we went outside to get to tiers, our tickets would then be invalid! The interi...
