Italian Gardens

The Italian Garden is a 150-year-old ornamental water garden located north of Kensington Gardens, near the Lancaster Gate. It is said to be a gift from Prince Albert to his beloved Queen Victoria. It consists of four main basins, with a lotus stone in the center, all carefully carved in marble, and a white marble fountain surrounded by beautifully carved stone statues and fins.

A small garden by the lake in Hyde Park, London, England. There are a lot of big trees around. When you go in winter, the ground will be covered with fallen leaves. The branches also have bare branches because of the fallen leaves. However, there are cute ducklings, elegant big swans, and fat Haiou floating on the lake. Very fun and cute 〜

I had no idea that this place existed. especially in Hyde Park. It is a beautiful and tranquil place, best seen in sunny weather. Easy to get to.

The Italian Gardens is a part of Kensington Gardens, near Lancaster Gate. It is a collection of water basins with fountains, and a small building. It is a very relaxing spot, where you see a lot of people hanging around on a sunny sunday morning, enjoying the beauty of the spot.

Italian gardens have beautiful ponds and Italian architectural fountains built by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. In sharp contrast to the natural landscape of the surrounding Kensington Garden, the fountain was originally run by a steam engine in an Italian pump house, with toilets and cafes at the North end.
