Forman un conjunto en el mismo entorno de la basílica. Bonita fachada del palazzo de la universidad así como la torre del reloj.

Justo al lado de la basílica de San Martino se encuentra este precioso edificio que cuenta con 2 relojes. Un precioso reloj solar y otro antiguo muy bonito.
