Whether it's the huge lawn in front of the building or the statue of Carlia at the corner, there's no tall building behind that that that adds a lot to the overall vision of the building. Baroque architecture, known as the "New Prison", still plays the role of a police station. After the war, the exterior walls here have undergone a tremendous renovation before they become what they are today.
