A small little cafe that sells typical Russian cakes and some savory food like borsch, pelmeni etc. On weekdays cafe is very quiet - actually is very handy if you would like to have a quiet conversation without the constant overwhelming noise around you. Sweet pastries and cakes are delicious! Try the Linden blossom tea - which is utterly delicious and in my view, probably the best herbal tea out there.Prices aren't cheap - you are paying around 5 pounds for a rather small cake or around 4 pounds for a pastry. Expensive? For the size of the pasties - yes. But it's very fresh and tastes great. You can't afford to go there every day (I would love that), but once every weeks seems like a good deal.
