Big Open Square
This is a big open square with a carousel and a place to catch the bus. Some cafes around the edges. Not particularly charming.

Central... Good for parking.
If you want to go to the market then this is the closest place to park. One block away. Nothing to see here other than the carousel. Wasted space. Could expand market here easily.
