Every family at the gate of Feicui Valley is Huizhou cuisine, so I chose a slightly more personal Huizhou family (old street shop) and ate stinky eel, iron plate tofu and Jixi rice noodles. I didn't feel stinky eel. The dishes were salty and covered the taste of corruption. Mao tofu tastes soft and very fine. Rice noodles feel like stick batter with a little salty taste, haha.
