Kyoto Imperial Palace, the seat of the political and administrative center in the Heian era of Japan. Nara was the residence of emperors in successive dynasties from 781 AD to 1074 AD during the Meiji Restoration, and later became the palace of the emperor. It is equivalent to a public park, which is full of stone roads, part of which is open to the outside world. The gardens are well organized, and many gardeners have been seen squatting meticulously in Huafu to work.
