Baogong Temple is located in Fuqing Street, also known as Sleeping Buddha Temple. It was built in the 15th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1889). When the plague was prevalent in Macau, the residents invited the statue of Gong Bao from Foshan to sit in Sanbamen. Later, the epidemic was greatly reduced.
