Located in Houkeng Village, Hongyang Town, Puning, it was built in 1742, the seventh year of Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty. The tower is 36 meters high, seven stories high and octagonal in plane. It is a geomantic tower built of triad earth. There are strange inner stone steps to climb to all stories and windows to look at each layer. The eaves of the tower are made of red bricks.
