Renwick Gallery, Washington Renwick Gallery, known as the Louvre in the United States, mainly exhibits works of art from the 19th century to the 21st century in the United States. Many of these works feel quite practical.
Renwick Gallery is located northwest of Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, not far from the White House. The Gallery has a long history. It was founded in 1859. Because of its precious collection of art works, it once had the title of "American Louvre".
