去聖塔芭芭拉，當然要去星期六的漁夫市場。吃當地最出名海產省猛海膽。珊瑚蝦，竹節蝦，鮑魚，螺鮑，石頭蟹也要嘗下。在這裏都可以現吃現做。

這裏既能與大城市的喧囂相對隔絕，又能享受到加州的陽光和來自太平洋的海風，況且氣候宜人，風光旖旎，，如同地中海，故有美國地中海之美譽，是最適合人居住生活休閑的好地方

聖芭芭拉大教堂(The Church of St.Barbara)，是代表晚期哥特式建築風格的一顆璀璨明珠，也是整個庫特納霍拉最醒目的建築。在規模大小和壯觀程度上可以媲美布拉格的聖維特大教堂，高聳的教堂中殿極盡優雅之態。聖芭芭拉大教堂始建於1380年，在胡斯戰爭期間中斷，1558年因為銀礦枯竭而廢棄，在19世紀末期最終以新哥特風格的造型完工。
