白廳宮評價

偶然發現白廳公園，它是一個私密幽靜的綠色公園，似乎很少有人來訪，但本地人會來参觀，這是一個輕鬆的野餐地點，有很多長椅，這裏很清靜，走一小段路就能欣賞到白廳精美的建築傑作，一直到唐寧街和大笨鐘都有皇家騎兵衛隊，這是一次包羅萬象的漫步

從倫敦威斯敏特地鐵下來，沿河邊往倫敦橋前行，霧和小夥伴兩個路盲，地圖白痴，以為只有十分路程，實際上三站地鐵距離。但是錯有錯的收穫，一路上領略了泰晤士河畔風光，發現一些不為人知的景點，準確地說是看點，白廳就是其中之一。看見路邊院子中兩幢白色房子，如蕾絲般純白、秀雅，如仟仟少女，霧一時被迷住了，圍着鏤空牆打轉，想找一個最佳攝影點，任憑小夥伴的催促，也不肯離去，直覺不是居民樓，終於找到一個牌子，從翻譯軟件凌亂的片段中，猜想是有人捐贈的社區公益活動場所，“白廳”兩字由來沒有看懂，大概就白色房子的意思吧

The banquet hall is the only remaining part of Whitehall's old palace. It's a very small site, worth visiting. There is a very informative video and a spectacular Rubens ceiling painting. Bean bag chairs are available for visitors to lie down. Tickets cost 6.60 and are open from 10 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day, but are usually closed before 3 p.m.
