第一次體驗背包客，這家當地網評分超高的酒店實際上由幾棟民居別墅改造而成，中間院裏還有一個小游泳池。廚房共用你可以在這裏做自己想吃的東西。入住當天飛機晚點近半夜到酒店，經過攜程緊急協調調整好到店時間，關鍵時刻攜程還是靠譜的！品牌還是值得信任。到指定位置開第一道側門，再到前台指定位置拿房間鑰匙，有種密室逃脫的趕腳😄。家庭房一大一小兩張牀，客廳還有張大沙發，實際住四/五個人也可以的，總之如果要求不是太高性價比0k的。另外就是酒店的工作人員服務非常nice！我們入住當晚開第一道門后巧遇到酒店經理當晚沒有走就直接幫我們Check in了，還主動告訴我們酒店的使用注意事項。這家酒店值得推薦，攜程平台靠譜！

房東非常友善，入住前後都很快回覆我的訊息，入住期間也經常詢問我的情況，確保一切順利。
廚房和浴室等公共區域都非常乾淨，即使長期入住也很舒適。這間民宿的一部分像合租房，其他房客也都非常友好，會和我打招呼聊天，營造出溫馨的氛圍。
民宿位於安靜的住宅區，晚上我可以放鬆身心，睡個好覺。我強烈推薦這家民宿給所有在布里斯班尋找安全友善的民宿體驗的人。
這是我在布里斯班最喜歡的住宿之一。

我預訂時，該酒店並沒有中文評價，但我翻看其他評價感覺還不錯就預訂了。我乘坐早班飛機抵達凱恩斯，到達酒店後發現他們是完全自助登記入住的，需要酒店發給我一個密碼才能進前門。但我沒有收到這個密碼，因此衹能在門外等待。我聯繫攜程客服，客服與代理聯絡，不久一位工作人員將我帶進房間並暫存了我的行李。
希望攜程與代理對接，改進針對該酒店的流程，例如在客人入住當天早上發動一條可以進門的密碼，在當天房間準備完畢、可以辦理入住時再發送另一條密碼。否則，如果那天沒有工作人員值守，我將不得不等到有其他住客出門或工作人員到達才能進去

工作人員非常友好助人！不過行李多的話住這裡挺不方便，得經過一段樓梯下樓才能抵達。住宿裡沒有電梯、也需要爬樓梯。工作人員很好，幫我開了員工出入口才讓我不用再搬行李上下樓。
設備簡陋老舊，但是乾淨。
上下舖有一點晃動都會很吵，所以睡覺時壓力挺大。

住宿很乾淨。雖然沒有便利設施，但床單很乾淨，而且他們似乎每次都會洗，這點很棒。我住過世界各地的背包客旅館，但這家是我住過最乾淨的。不過，分配給我的置物櫃被別人佔了，我沒辦法用。我猜是因為儲物櫃沒有鎖。不過，我沒有用那個置物櫃，所以還好。
衝浪者天堂就在步行不到5分鐘的地方。它就在正門前，所以會有點吵，但我並不介意。客人早餐有折扣，但衝浪者天堂的海濱早餐也很棒。車站和超市都在附近。我沒有用過，不過那裡有游泳池！

房間不大，兩大一小也夠住了，原本定了兩晚，但是由於我們帶了孩子，衹能住一晚，其實帶小孩子不應該給住的，已經寫了小於18不能入住，怪自己沒看清，不過老闆還是讓我住了一晚，不至於讓我們露宿街頭，還是很感謝的，thank you very much，brisbane is good

總是一個很棒的度假勝地。非常寧靜和無壓力。設施是您從鄉村酒店所期望的,新建成的浴室是一個獎勵。未恢復和迷人的酒店,到處都有很棒的藝術品。晚上的餐點很棒,餐廳提供非常好的早餐。

Room was nice and clean! About a 20/30 minute walk to the ferry terminal but bus stop was about 3 minute walk from hotel.
Had a pool on the roof which was great, nice view too.

This place is definitely one of the best hostels ever. Where do I start from?
Reception: everyone is always super kind and helpful, including offering help with luggage and everything else. The hostel looks very new and modern, so beautiful!
Room: it's great! Big enough, with hangers, curtains on each bed (amazing!), plugs and light for every bed and also some extra plugs around the room. Bed was very comfortable and I felt great there!
Bathroom: always clean, soap in every sink and in every shower, big and nice!
Kitchen: incredibly well equipped and open 24 hours. There are 2 doors separating it from the rooms so it's never noisy even if people are there in the night. They provide big boxes that fit in the (many) fridges so that it's all tidy and clean. Goodbye the hundreds of Woolworths bags and messy fridges with no space for other people's food! Even the cups, the dishes were perfectly clean, like everything else. I was seriously impressed, they did the cleaning multiple times a day. Free salt, oil, tea and coffee always available.
Common areas: really beautiful, full of books, games, with a huge TV and many tables and beanbags.
Events: they actually organize social events and the staff helps the ”new” people to socialize. That's so important! Many long termers don't really mind about meeting new people but if the staff does his part then it gets a lot easier. And here, they do. On my first night they had a free cheese and wine event and we got a lot of tasty food and wine.
Location: perfect, just above Woolworths and a few minutes walking from everything. The Little Drifter feels more like an hotel than a hostel and I really don't know how people can rate it low.
As great as it is I would still like to suggest some possible improvement. Maybe at the Reception you can print a map with a few info about the hostel on the back. I didn't understand where the boxes for the kitchen were, I didn't find the labels. Also it took me 3 days to find out that I had another toilet a lot closer to my room, so for 3 days I was crossing a very long hallway in the middle of the night when I had to go.
I also didn't like the fact that I had to open the doors through the app and I discovered later that there is a code to open it as well (I try to leave my phone in my room as much as possible).
This hostel is a little more expensive than other places but it's totally worth it! If I'll be back in Cairns I won't hesitate to come here. Thanks!

訪訪客Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess.
So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out.
This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix.
My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

IIgori酒店乾淨整潔。飯店經理熱情好客。飯店經理能快速有效率地解決住客的意外狀況。工作能力出色。無線網路暢通無阻。飯店廣告中列出的所有服務均已提供。飯店餐廳全天候供應美味咖啡、糖、牛奶和免費葡萄乾麥片。距離市中心25分鐘路程。大眾運輸準時準時。市中心有人工沙灘。搭乘火車2小時即可抵達黃金海岸，那裡擁有一處絕佳的海灘。

訪訪客性價比非常之高，價格包含免費的晚飯和早餐，晚飯因為我們錯過了時間所以沒有吃到；早餐我們吃到了，有非常豐富的選擇，包括很多不同種麪包、果醬、酸奶、牛奶等，還有新鮮的水果。
環境上略微有點擠，也有淡淡的不太好聞的味道，但聞久了就也還好。
床墊用的是比較舒適的墊子，而且床單枕套毛巾都是一客一換。這一點還是蠻好的。到了晚上基本上大家都很自覺的在休息區域保持安靜或者講話小聲一些。如果需要大聲講話或者進行一些活動，大家會去公共區域。公德心還是蠻好的。
洗浴間沐浴液洗髮露護髮素都有分瓶放置，但感覺是同一個東西。用起來倒也還好。
整體來説很滿意。

JJerseyOFWMy stay was nothing short of excellent! The property is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. One of the highlights was the friendly atmosphere among guests; many spent time by the pool, chatting and sharing stories with one another. Additionally, having access to a kitchen allowed to prepare own meals, adding to the comfort of my stay.
Ms. Mary, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests. Her warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend considering Palms at Parmer for next getaway. If given the chance, I will certainly return!

JJochen Schleiss經過漫長的一天的開車,我到達了這個地方,因爲我只需要一個地方過夜。這是基本的,正如預期的那樣,但至少很乾淨。房間很小,很普通,只有必需品一張牀,一張桌子,有共用浴室。
