Can I put 6 stars? :) This place is definitely one of the best hostels ever. Where do I start from? Reception: everyone is always super kind and helpful, including offering help with luggage and everything else. The hostel looks very new and modern, so beautiful! Room: it's great! Big enough, with hangers, curtains on each bed (amazing!), plugs and light for every bed and also some extra plugs around the room. Bed was very comfortable and I felt great there! Bathroom: always clean, soap in every sink and in every shower, big and nice! Kitchen: incredibly well equipped and open 24 hours. There are 2 doors separating it from the rooms so it's never noisy even if people are there in the night. They provide big boxes that fit in the (many) fridges so that it's all tidy and clean. Goodbye the hundreds of Woolworths bags and messy fridges with no space for other people's food! Even the cups, the dishes were perfectly clean, like everything else. I was seriously impressed, they did the cleaning multiple times a day. Free salt, oil, tea and coffee always available. Common areas: really beautiful, full of books, games, with a huge TV and many tables and beanbags. Events: they actually organize social events and the staff helps the ”new” people to socialize. That's so important! Many long termers don't really mind about meeting new people but if the staff does his part then it gets a lot easier. And here, they do. On my first night they had a free cheese and wine event and we got a lot of tasty food and wine. Location: perfect, just above Woolworths and a few minutes walking from everything. The Little Drifter feels more like an hotel than a hostel and I really don't know how people can rate it low. As great as it is I would still like to suggest some possible improvement. Maybe at the Reception you can print a map with a few info about the hostel on the back. I didn't understand where the boxes for the kitchen were, I didn't find the labels. Also it took me 3 days to find out that I had another toilet a lot closer to my room, so for 3 days I was crossing a very long hallway in the middle of the night when I had to go. I also didn't like the fact that I had to open the doors through the app and I discovered later that there is a code to open it as well (I try to leave my phone in my room as much as possible). This hostel is a little more expensive than other places but it's totally worth it! If I'll be back in Cairns I won't hesitate to come here. Thanks!

Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

我預訂時，該酒店並沒有中文評價，但我翻看其他評價感覺還不錯就預訂了。我乘坐早班飛機抵達凱恩斯，到達酒店後發現他們是完全自助登記入住的，需要酒店發給我一個密碼才能進前門。但我沒有收到這個密碼，因此衹能在門外等待。我聯繫攜程客服，客服與代理聯絡，不久一位工作人員將我帶進房間並暫存了我的行李。 希望攜程與代理對接，改進針對該酒店的流程，例如在客人入住當天早上發動一條可以進門的密碼，在當天房間準備完畢、可以辦理入住時再發送另一條密碼。否則，如果那天沒有工作人員值守，我將不得不等到有其他住客出門或工作人員到達才能進去

酒店乾淨整潔。飯店經理熱情好客。飯店經理能快速有效率地解決住客的意外狀況。工作能力出色。無線網路暢通無阻。飯店廣告中列出的所有服務均已提供。飯店餐廳全天候供應美味咖啡、糖、牛奶和免費葡萄乾麥片。距離市中心25分鐘路程。大眾運輸準時準時。市中心有人工沙灘。搭乘火車2小時即可抵達黃金海岸，那裡擁有一處絕佳的海灘。

性價比非常之高，價格包含免費的晚飯和早餐，晚飯因為我們錯過了時間所以沒有吃到；早餐我們吃到了，有非常豐富的選擇，包括很多不同種麪包、果醬、酸奶、牛奶等，還有新鮮的水果。 環境上略微有點擠，也有淡淡的不太好聞的味道，但聞久了就也還好。 床墊用的是比較舒適的墊子，而且床單枕套毛巾都是一客一換。這一點還是蠻好的。到了晚上基本上大家都很自覺的在休息區域保持安靜或者講話小聲一些。如果需要大聲講話或者進行一些活動，大家會去公共區域。公德心還是蠻好的。 洗浴間沐浴液洗髮露護髮素都有分瓶放置，但感覺是同一個東西。用起來倒也還好。 整體來説很滿意。

預定的時候因為價格便宜還有點懷疑，可沒想到真的很不錯。值得一提的是前台不是24小時，但是他們很貼心的為半夜到訪辦入住的旅客準備Self-checkin，還有發郵件指導如何操作。呆了兩天，可以算是很舒適了。位置絕佳，在市中心又靠海，晚上可以沿着海邊走，是一個人旅行的絕好住處了。

我不想住在背包客的合作社裡，所以沒有留下任何評價，但我還是嘗試了一下。 他們去機場接我，問我搬出去後能不能送我去火車站。 他們提供一次性毛巾，還有公用的洗髮精、沐浴乳和其他便利設施。餐具也是公用的。沒有吃的（我去城裡買的，因為那裡沒有大型超市）。 我家裡有個兒子，門一開，他總是在那裡（他還是個很小的嬰兒，還在牙牙學語）。 步行15分鐘就能到市中心的公車站。最近的超市也在步行15分鐘。這裡非常安靜，與世隔絕，完全符合我想像中的澳洲。我剛搬到城裡，但我想再次找個安靜的地方。 ㅠ 但我在這個地址收到了我的郵件，我不知道他是否有點不高興;;沒什麼好生氣的，但如果我的郵件到了，我希望他能幫我保管一下。 再說，這裡沒有路燈，所以下午6點以後就什麼都看不見了。 我有個朋友來搬家接我，說他沒注意到***有異味。我對***不太了解，但… 這裡很貴，所以長期住宿有點貴，但如果你能提前告訴我長期住宿的選擇，我還是更願意住在這裡。 我用廣角拍了一張房間照片，但房間真的和我的差不多大。房間裡有衣櫃、毛毯、枕頭、書桌和個人冰箱。 房東是台灣人…？中國人？一對夫婦帶著一個兒子。 他們的英文我聽不懂一半，因為他們的口音太重了。 我感覺隔壁房間住著一位巴西男士，不過我們碰到他的時候他跟我打了招呼，而且也不怎麼吵鬧。 如果你行李很多，而且從機場到旅館比較麻煩，這裡或許是個不錯的選擇。

hostel剛剛開業一個月，環境乾淨衞生，老闆一家人就住在一層，人很好。廚房很乾凈很寬敞。10 ppl female dorm很乾凈，淋浴間、馬桶、洗手枱都有單獨的門 早晨洗漱不會那麼擁擠。 房間很寬敞，整體非常好。提供10$/天 租沖浪板。hostel離沙灘也很近。超市也離得近。

我在這家汽車旅館住得很開心,房間乾淨,舒適,維護得很好,幾晚外我需要的一切。工作人員很友好,樂於助人,檢查‑in快捷方便。位置方便,方便到工作和探索區域。總的來說,是一次愉快而麻煩的免費體驗。我會很高興再次入住這裏。

經過漫長的一天的開車,我到達了這個地方,因爲我只需要一個地方過夜。這是基本的,正如預期的那樣,但至少很乾淨。房間很小,很普通,只有必需品一張牀,一張桌子,有共用浴室。 它不是特別舒適,設施是最小的,但它的目的是作爲一個快速的中途停留。工作人員很有禮貌,雖然這不是我們住一個多晚的地方,但它爲我們所需要的工作:一個預算友好,無裝飾的地方休息,然後再上路。
