英國蘭開夏郡的沙灘酒店

卡爾頓酒店氛圍很好。員工非常棒，樂於助人，熱情周到。 房間很舒適，但電視機壞了。 房間裡沒有熱水壺，不過這個問題很容易解決。 淋浴間沒有防滑墊，導致淋浴間非常滑，尤其對於行動不便的老人來說。 早餐不錯，員工服務周到，讓我們吃得很開心。 我們對5英鎊的停車費非常不滿，即使是持有殘障停車證的人也要收費。我們很少付停車費。 我們來訪的兒子不用付停車費，這太荒謬了。我們已經付了住宿費！ 酒吧的價格太離譜了，一瓶啤酒要6.35英鎊。這讓我們不想在那裡消費。 我們只是普通的退休老人。這價格太貴了！ 簡直是貪婪。

solutely amazing hotel ...staff are so friendly nothing was too much for them if there's anything you need they will cater for it if possible ...the Foods amazing ... the bar is well priced the swimming pool and sauna is cheap perfect for families and couples .. Definitely will be going again 3rd time I've stayed here it's amazing

We stayed at the Imperial for two nights, and overall, it was a good in all aspects. Check-in was quick and earlier than stated. The bedroom was a spacious twin, with a wet room. The breakfast had an excellent choice of fruit, cereals, bread, hot and cold drinks, and a full English breakfast to be had. Unlimited buffet breakfast for all items! There was entertainment on Saturday and Sunday, in a grand large room. The hotel is so convenient to walk if you wish, 20 mins to the tower. A good all-round choice for us, at a fair price for August.

Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊 Was a mix up with rooms at first but got quickly resolved 😊 Will be back again
