My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised. Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience. Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration. Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website. Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price. The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet. Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

酒店位於一個半島，前後都靠海灣，風景很美。離downtown有幾公裏距離，開車去購物吃飯還算方便。樓下有停車場30刀一天。前台服務態度很好，辦入住很快。房間設施有點老了，有個小陽台可以看海景。衛生間總體還算乾淨，但是浴室發現一隻蟑螂。

我覺得少狗狗會很好。房間的微波爐和咖啡☕️鍋一起很有幫助,鐵至少可以說。除此之外,經理KIKI很容易交談,她傾聽,提供優質的服務。 謝謝Kiki, & Zack Patrivua McIntosh

motel 6 是連鎖品牌， 在聖巴巴拉有三家，訂的時候要特別看下地址。 這家算是我訂錯的，開車跑到十公里之外的海邊才發現訂錯了。總體房間中規中矩，有些緊湊但是該有的設施都有，開車到海邊十幾分鍾，前台有免費的熱水和速溶咖啡，停車位挺充足一個房間一個車位，有游泳池。

用木板間的房間，旁邊房間說話都聽得到，夜晚非常嘈雜整晚冇得瞓. 浴室設備簡陋，浴缸水掣壞了，冇得沖涼．

説實話不是很滿意這家酒店。考慮到安全放棄了另一家含早餐的酒店而選擇了Wyndham酒店，不含早餐價格也更高。位置確實很好就挨着碼頭步行到景點非常近，也很熱鬧。 但是酒店設施很舊，房間全程發出機器設備磕碰的聲音，每隔幾十秒就響。 入住時問是否可以安排看到碼頭一側的回答要加錢，就沒加。前台説安排的是waterview, 結果進去一看是屋頂！！ 最不滿意的是，入住時候説我已經在平台付過錢，但會預付每晚29美金的按金，沒有額外花費會退回。 但離店後還是入賬扣款了三晚費用説是度假村費，可是我付的款裏已經明確寫着包含了度假村費。虧了攜程客服幫助與酒店協調補償了這個費用，這裏真的感謝攜程客服處理得非常有效率，很靠譜。

這家飯店始終如一地提供優質的客戶服務。地理位置優越，距離漁人碼頭只有一個街區。房間有點小，浴室也是一樣。盥洗台在房間外面，唯一的浴室開關讓我感覺很奇怪。我要求一間安靜的房間，結果得到了一間，所以沒什麼好挑剔的。總而言之，這是一家不錯的飯店，尤其是在城裡出行的時候。

可愛而古雅的住宿。在我們入住期間,熱水浴缸和游泳池仍然無法正常運行,這對孩子們來說是令人失望的。這個區域的其他不錯的設施是,房間裏有有線電視,還有我在這個區域住過的其他酒店沒有提供的Wi-Fi。我沒有意識到這家酒店實際上位於街道對面的水,所以它實際上不是海濱,因爲當我想到潮水位於何處時,我在心理上已經預見到了。這裏還是一個非常好的位置,離潮水很近,不過,我會再住這裏。

酒店房間很舊了 位置和環境很好 但是 離店后 授權押金被扣了28美金多的什麼度假費 沒任何人提到過 包括攜程和酒店前台 不知道為什麼之前的評論也沒提到 大家注意一下 比較酒店的時候可考慮在內

我去聖地亞哥進行家庭旅行。 乾淨的設施和健身設施非常好。 良好的停車設施
