西班牙加泰羅尼亞的5星級酒店

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

我去過大約30個國家，住過很多不同的飯店，但我覺得這家飯店的款待堪稱一流。 你真的能感受到所謂的「OMOTENASHI」（以誠待客）精神。 對我來說，這裡比文華東方酒店舒服多了。如果你要來巴塞隆納，這家旅館絕對適合你！它會讓你的旅行體驗加倍滿足♪

首先讓我驚喜的是這個酒店對中國遊客非常友好，房間桌上竟然有慶祝中國新年的賀卡和水果。前台小姐姐也祝我們新年快樂～一進酒店幸福感就撲面而來捏。 酒店大堂整個設計的也非常時尚有設計感，也非常大氣，新潮。 房間內部有很多設計的小巧思我非常喜歡，拖鞋的紋綉非常用心，包括浴袍也是，上面很多刺綉的蝴蝶。酒店還在房間設有專門的化粧吹頭髮區域，這個我真的非常的喜歡，而且鏡子是不規則設計，非常漂亮。礦泉水瓶也設計的非常漂亮。到處都充滿幸福感的酒店。 酒店環境是完全符合五星級酒店標準的，但是有一些小細節可以再改進一下，比如淋浴頭的水有點炸開沒有維修，水流也比較小，洗澡洗的比較難受。還有就是對於客人的一些要求，酒店沒有應對解決措施。比如我想加熱一下外面帶回來的食物，酒店沒有辦法。我覺得如果是五星的標準，應當考慮並妥善解決顧客的需求。

酒店設計很美，泳池藍天大海是標配，很多本地人都來度假！早餐種類豐富，服務人員也很熱情，房間寬敞舒適，下次來這兒幾次多享受幾天！

先誇誇服務——前台工作人員從check-in開始就全程熱情又高效，臉上總帶着真誠的笑意，解答問題也耐心十足。不光是前台，酒店裡各個崗位的服務人員都特別周到，不管是泳池邊的工作人員還是餐廳服務人員，都讓人覺得舒服又貼心，特別人性化，由於隨行長輩飲食方面比較挑剔，提了幾個不算常規的小需求，他們都盡力協調滿足了，這種被重視的感覺真的很棒。 房間的景觀也得重點提！拉開窗簾的瞬間真的被驚艷到，窗外的海景開闊又壯觀，還時不時有飛機飛過，步行幾分鐘到海灘，晚上看燈火點點，午夜也隨處可見人們坐在沙灘上暢聊，打沙灘排球，跳西式廣場舞，隨手拍都是大片。 設施和餐飲也沒讓人失望。室外游泳池環境很好，泡在裏面看看景，整個人都放鬆了。早餐種類超級豐富，中西式、冷熱食、水果甜品一應俱全，每天早上都能吃得滿足又開心。晚餐我們選了套餐，分量實在太足了，兩個人吃都覺得撐，味道也在線。 總之，不管是服務、環境還是餐飲，巴塞隆拿W酒店都做得很到位，下次來巴塞隆拿，大概率還會選這裏！超讚

這個酒店有褒有貶吧，好的部分： 1/ 地理位置優越，樓下奢牌林立，米拉之家，卡特羅之家近在咫尺。 2/前台，餐廳，行李生服務都熱情有禮，笑容可掬。 3/ 早餐食材OK，出品也可以。 4/ 房間mini bar 軟飲免費。 不足之處： -房間其實是板間簡易空間，隔音一般，樓道的聲音聽得一清二楚。 - 客房部工作不仔細，沖涼液已空瓶，也沒發現，需提醒，一次性拖鞋也衹是第一天提供。 - 房間電話無標識，不知道打什麼號碼聯繫服務員。

巴塞隆拿the one屬於classical型酒店。服務人員很專業，但也公事公辦。地理位置安靜優越，離巴布羅之家特別近，旁邊的披薩店、小酒館、巧克力商店、當地特色西班牙烤餃子店，都很好。酒店早餐單一，不是自助餐，類似套餐，品種單一，不如自己隨便出去吃點。

從門前迎賓、前台接待、大堂經理、餐廳酒吧到房間服務，從進入酒店那一刻開始，就接受到來自每一位酒店工作人員的問好、微笑和熱誠周到的服務，充分展現了老牌五星酒店的品質。房間傢俱衞浴設施的確是老舊了，多數歐洲老酒店都差不多這樣，但專業熱誠周到的服務，完全彌補這些不足。曾經被評為歐洲最佳早餐名不虛傳，天台酒吧遠望聖家堂。格拉西亞大街正中位置絕佳，周邊各種餐館酒吧便利店。房間寬敞，床品舒適，背向大街十分安靜，有萬能轉換插座。當屬巴塞隆拿旅遊最佳選擇之一。

Великолепный персонал гостиницы.Очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные работники! Всегда готовы помочь: с такси, с рекомендациями,с бронированием билетов. Очень хорошие завтраки, встречают и провожают. Единственный момент,о котором могу сказать-это кондиционер в номере,я не смогла с ним подружиться и мне было холодно,спас халат😁😅 Все остальное,а особенно расположение-прекрасно! Очень симпатичный испанский ресторан, который дружелюбно встретил и в 22.00😇

入住了酒店頂樓的套房，房間不大，但竟然有兩個小露台！一個用來享受熱水浴，另一個適合曬太陽。工作人員態度非常友好，不過沒有體驗酒店早餐。
