Grand Hotel San Pietro酒店俯愛奧尼亞海,是一座美麗的酒店,擁有景觀花園和一流的設施。工作人員非常有禮貌和樂於助人,房間佈置得很好,非常舒適。  位於陶爾米納購物觀光區步行10-15分鐘內,使這家5星級酒店成爲極佳的選擇。  正如所提到的,工作人員非常有禮貌和樂於助人,很容易成爲他們的朋友。事實上,克里斯蒂安和洛雷塔(晚上在酒吧區工作)是2名工作人員,我高度讚揚他們不僅爲他們的服務,而且爲我們與他們度過的特別時間。  強烈推薦這家酒店,我當然期待在不太遙遠的將來回來。

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area. We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella. The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

Lovely hotel with a really relaxed atmosphere. Our room was 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Very comfortable and lovely view but the bathroom is not 5 star. Strange arrangement with the shower and toilet. Notwithstanding that the bathroom amenities were a lovely Sicilian brand. Location is 25min walk into town, not for those who struggle with walking but we enjoyed it. The hotel never felt busy and there’s lots of different places to relax and enjoy the weather with great facilities. Staff are super friendly too.

房間夠寬敞。房間衞生也打掃很乾凈。早餐不錯。以下是不足：第一，窗簾完全不能拉動，每次要叫技術員搬大梯子🪜手動關窗簾。第二，浴室頂部花灑出水太少且温度過低，怕凍感冒不敢洗頭髮。第三，也是最重要的一條！不要住106房間！窗外不到一米就是一側房檐，擋住一半視線，而且房檐是用鐵皮包裹，下雨時雨滴聲音巨大，根本無法入睡！住了三晚，下了三晚雨……。所以年末年初的雨季來巴勒莫，千萬不要住106。我們下訂單時就提前要求一個高樓層，安靜的房間，結果入住時前台小哥給了我們這間。作為前台，職業要求應該是對各種房間瞭如指掌；如果在瞭解的情況下，且入住率不太高的情況下，還讓我們住這種房，動機不由得不讓人懷疑

非常美麗的酒店，有private gate出入神殿谷，門票直接酒店有售。被安排的房間可以看到協和神殿，景觀開揚、難忘，內部空間舒適、乾淨。有免費提供枝裝飲用水，且每晚補充，服務很細心。餐廳氣氛良好，食物不錯，live music一流。早餐款式種類多，味道好。但要注意的是：進出市區不方便，附近沒有店舖，也沒有公共交通直達，巴士下車後有部分路段沒有行人路，非駕駛人士建議乘搭的士，先洽談車資費用其實還可以，更快捷安全。

In total, it was a good stay. The price 1150€ for 2 nights is insane though. I like that the pool is open 24/7 and there is a beautiful restaurant with a view. The property also offered an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms are white and cold, though. Also the rooms should be cleaned while the guests are having the breakfast, so they need to use the updated system for tracking that.

Absolutely beautiful place with nice ambience, nice staff and an excellent restaurant. Will definitely come back.
