加拿大魁北克省的4星級酒店

一月份自駕遊 酒店部份裝修中 很幸運被upgrade了房間 房間空間很大，有衣帽間和小型開放式廚房 整潔乾淨 要留意沒有室內停車場 只能把車子停泊在室外雪地

房間非常滿意，一進房間映入眼簾的就是遠處的芳堤娜城堡和聖勞倫斯河，近處就是城牆，在房間就能看到這麼美的景色，是事先沒有想到的，而且走出去到各個景點都不遠，議會大廈、噴泉、小尚普蘭街都在附近，吃飯也很方便，就是房價貴了點，性價比低了一點，但總體還是比較滿意的。

Greta Place, made for a wonderful trip, very close to the resort and atmosphere as well, Pool table and hot tub were great.

景色不錯，但距離老城太遠了。需要打車來回，老城有非常多酒店，建議想玩魁北克還是住老城，所有地點都可以步行到達。 在老城買了個小駝鹿玩偶，離開酒店後不久意識到落在房間的床上了，於是打電話去問。本打算還在話回去取一趟，畢竟是旅行的一個小回憶，哪想到酒店讓我on hold 5分鐘之後，説沒看見。😅
東西不貴，但這個態度我真的不喜歡。哪怕説以為客人不要了處理掉了都比説沒看見強。

一家古怪的小酒店,直接在Gatineau的主要阻力上。房間大小不錯,雖然小浴室留下了很多東西,但很舊,過時,小到水槽在主房間裏。 然而,牀很舒服,桌子/電視設置很棒。很多方便的插座,可以插手機之類的。櫃子裏的冰箱讓那個櫃子很熱,我想那些冰箱只要倦怠一定是一件事情就不會持續多久... 從我們的房間到熱水浴缸的奇怪、錯綜複雜的方向;確保留下一條麪包屑的痕跡,否則你可能永遠迷失。 前台工作人員專業,完全雙語,非常感謝。

酒店大門進入有種復古的感覺，特意拍了各種視頻和照片，前台人很好，提前到了也讓我入住了，房間雖然小，不過分區很好，且不感覺擁擠。前台可借用熱水壺，好像每個樓層也有販賣機可以買水飲料，也有製冰機。主要是地理位置很棒，就在城堡邊上，現在這個時候魁北克温度很低且風超大，吹的冷死了，因為太冷，我出行的兩天基本室外逛一會凍死了就回酒店取會暖再出門繼續逛。挺值得的。

Pls note we went to this Hotel for a long weekend gateway with another couple. The check in process was easy and friendly. On our way to our rooms we noticed the corridors could have used some vacuuming, not a great first impression. Our room smelled musty and could do either an update, there was no safe in the room so we carried our valuables with us. The bathroom towels looked really uninviting in a greyish hue that once was white. The hard mini container shower gel was impossible to get out. The grounds and outdoor facilities were great, we used the pool and the Kayak on the lake. We also had a wedding party next door that kept us up till the wee hours, not very considerate at all.

My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return.

它靠近老魁北克,所以很高興在老魁北克觀光!停車場也在地下室,所以下雪天車不會結冰。雖然有點舊的感覺,但是溫水也很好,生活上完全沒有不便。
