XXRMThis was genuinely a wonderful and most special place.
The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet.
They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it.
The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard.
The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need!
The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality.
Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible.
Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite.
A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!!
There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise.
She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!!
Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too!

訪訪客酒店需要一點TLC,紳士水療更衣室的櫥櫃很差,相當沉悶/黑暗的房間,空調不是很高效,房間相當冷,餐廳太冷,我們需要一個風扇加熱器!
同樣在週日早餐(繁忙)橙汁,培根,哈希棕色和黃油部分都耗盡了,食物很好,但補充緩慢。酒吧的飲料服務很慢,飲料相當昂貴。
熱水上有故障,意思是早上沒有熱水,但後來又恢復了,燒熱了!
最後,前台服務很好,友好和樂於助人,儘管其中一個電腦不工作。

訪訪客我們預訂了這家酒店的位置和水療中心。
酒店很可愛,但水療中心很髒,缺乏水療體驗設施。我覺得這應該作爲帶游泳池的酒店出售。
4*酒店的Spa體驗令人失望,感覺這家酒店錯過了宣傳設施。
在情人節下午6點之前,水療中心的快門關閉了。
在登記入住時,我們被告知,您將在水療中心獲得毛巾和長袍,最後進入水療中心的時間是晚上8:30。
當我們到達水療區接待處時,我們只得到了一條毛巾,並被告知長袍只適用於水療套餐的客人,這與我們在酒店辦理入住時被告知的情況相矛盾。
泳池區和更衣室很髒,池邊淋浴出故障,看起來有一段時間了。
按摩浴缸曾經被登上的地方,看起來已經很久了。
游泳池很冷,也很髒。

訪訪客酒店本身需要新的生活租賃。鎖油漆,更換地毯,使浴室和傢俱陳化。我們的椅子有污漬。除了這個可愛的理由,我的善良,工作人員友好和樂於助人,可愛的觸摸,如接待大廳的水和果汁,裝飾精美。喜歡健身房和游泳池區,特別是按摩浴缸非常好。屋頂上面的天花板需要注意,停車很多非常好,牀超級舒服。電視很好需要更大更新的。早餐很不錯謝謝。

AAll Who Wander這是一家可愛的酒店,房間非常寬敞,套房。橘子餐廳在寧靜的環境中享有美麗的景色。雖然我們沒有在那裏吃晚餐,但我們確實享受了早餐。工作人員非常包容我們可愛的小兒子/孫子十個月,值得讚揚他們的好客。
我們在那裏參加附近的燈塔酒店(四分鐘車程或20分鐘步行與嬰兒車),所以它非常方便。
作爲一家溫泉酒店,我覺得有義務(!)有一個美妙的按摩,雖然110英鎊是值得的!
步行20分鐘即可到達迷人的通橋威爾斯的潘瓦地區,那裏有很多餐館,非常不尋常非常意外。
酒店的一切都是超值的。它可以在裝飾上稍作更新,但我會毫不猶豫地再次入住那裏。
