秘魯庫斯科大區的4星級酒店

酒店位於武器廣場附近，出行方便 是一座修道院風格的古老酒店，很有意思 房間設施比較老舊，衞生尚可 沒有窗户 早餐還行 可以寄存行李，這樣去馬丘比丘可以輕裝上陣。

在馬丘比丘這個地方，能有乾淨的，早餐熱乎的已經不容易了，不然住隔壁歌瑪或者貝爾蒙德吧，根本住不上。這個還是性價比高了

環境非常好，可以看到小山，很安靜 離車站走路十分鐘，有坡 房間很大，很乾凈 設施：早餐不錯的 可以選雞蛋，很好吃。

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

酒店位置很好 在老城區 離武器廣場走路六七分鐘 酒店內部環境很不錯 裝飾很漂亮 也很乾凈 房間也整潔乾淨 但房間裏沒有排氣扇 衛生間的味道很難散掉 特別是沒有窗戶的封閉房間 幾乎散不掉 服務就很難說了 訂了帶窗帶陽台的高級房 check in時說房間沒了 給我升級的房間 結果“升級”的房間是一個沒有窗戶的全密閉的房間！我不同意 但酒店說沒房了 “討論”結果 是給我免費晚餐 我沒有選擇衹能接受…

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

早飯還可以，雖然種類不多，但是omelet和橙汁泡香蕉挺好吃的。很推薦酒店左邊的飯店，人看起來不多味道非常不錯。 酒店工作人員都很熱情，得知我箱子壞了主動幫我修補。 酒店位置也很好，離景點都不遠，步行可達。 下次有機會來的話，還會住的。

距馬丘比丘車站僅幾步之遙,方便就餐和購物。與外面的喧囂不同,您可以從進入酒店大廳時感到平靜和放心。辦理入住手續很順利,用餐信息很容易理解,並且在短時間內告訴您您需要什麼,因此您可以放心,您已經習慣了。房間乾淨舒適,設備齊全。下次我來馬丘比丘時,我一定會預訂這家酒店。

我們在庫斯科的漢普頓酒店度過了非常愉快的時光。飯店員工熱情友好，讓我們在整個入住期間都感到賓至如歸。特別要感謝威爾瑪，她竭盡全力滿足了我們更換房間的要求，從兩張標準床換成了一張大床——她的幫助讓我們倍感溫暖。 房間嶄新、乾淨、舒適，床品也很乾淨。早餐非常美味。總而言之，這是一次非常棒的體驗，我強烈推薦這家飯店給所有來庫斯科的遊客。

前台人員服務熱情，我們到達時感到有點高原反應，前台人員提醒我們注意事項。並告訴我們怎樣能更好的減輕這種高原反應的影響。酒店房間乾淨整潔，舒適。早餐食物種類豐富。
