我凌晨 3 點到達；辦理入住花了很長時間；這位女士要求我支付早餐費用，儘管我的預訂中已包含早餐費。飯店很舊，但是很乾淨。 早餐時，兩次要求咖啡，但都沒有送來。 退房時間是 12 點，我知道這一點。從 11:15 到 11:30，接待處兩次打電話給我，詢問我什麼時候退房......退房時，他們讓我等了 10 分鐘（他們正在檢查房間）...... 完全不愉快的經驗。

整體不錯，前台在房間全滿的情況下，協調整理出一個房間早上入住，很棒。負一樓有吸煙區，早餐廳靠近水池那裡也有。

比坎耶市中心令人驚歎的綠洲。佈置精美的客房和公共區域。工作人員的卓越服務。餐廳提供美味的食物和飲料。早餐特別好。

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

一家具有老派貴族范兒的酒店，酒店環境清幽大氣，服務人員熱情有禮，房間設施有點年代感，外國遊客不多大多是印度本國人入住。早餐可以單點熱食，總體感覺酒店位置有點偏，好在打車出行方便。

2025年開業的夢幻般的房產,略遠離湖,但入住的房產真的很棒。歡迎前額上有一個Tilak(印度儀式)和歡迎飲料 - 橙汁的鏡頭。驚人的工作人員,非常樂於助人,但感覺缺少一些東西。由於婚禮季節,花了更長的時間,但值得。房間寬敞,做得很好,但我們的房間很髒,牀單不得不換,因爲它不乾淨牀上有化妝和頭髮的痕跡。早餐很棒,頂樓的餐廳服務很棒,新手很棒,Biryani雞做得不好,不得不送回去。游泳池很小,但在屋頂上,所以值得。完全可以推薦它。

My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

We had such a beautiful and memorable stay at Umaid Bhawan. Excellent food, picturesque grounds, and extremely attentive service. We are especially thankful to Swaroop Singh and Sikander Singh who made our stay so memorable. We absolutely recommend the private dinner in the garden pavilion - a perfect celebration!
