Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children.

Hotel stay was truly sensational, especially experience with the New Year's buffet. The location proved to be so convenient for travels. Being close to the Kintetsu rail line and the metro would have made exploring the area a breeze. Hotel is conveniently located with a variety of nearby shops to explore; essential amenities like chemists, a popular variety store Daiso, and supermarkets such as Harves and Aeon within easy reach. Additionally, the accessibility of the airport shuttle bus is a significant advantage for any traveler.

If you prefer a less noisy environment, this is a place for you. Located in a quiet neighborhood quite closed to subway. There is a convenient store just a few steps away and some restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast choice, self laundry is easy to operate and staff are friendly. The only downside is the housekeeping only change your towels and dump the trash bins without a choice of bed making. It would be better if choice of making up room is available for guests staying 2 nights or more.

The hotel staff in Osaka are much better. The front desk has a Chinese-speaking guy, and the Indian staff member's English is also very standard. The hotel facilities are complete. The housekeepers who clean the rooms daily are Japanese and very efficient. The bathroom is very clean. There are three elevators for going up and down, but they are a bit slow. On the ground floor, there's a 24-hour large drugstore. Right outside the hotel, there's a standard Japanese Wagyu restaurant which was quite good. There's a Lawson convenience store behind the hotel, and the alley behind the hotel has some nightlife spots and small pubs. As for transportation, Umeda Station is a bit confusing; you need a good sense of direction. Relying on navigation can be tiring, but once you get familiar with it and know your way around, it's very convenient to get back to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the subway to Yodoyabashi Station, which offers a smoother route back to the hotel.

Umeda Osaka|1.03km from downtown
I stayed here twice within a week, not just because of my itinerary, but mainly because of the hotel's incredibly convenient location. In Japan, major transportation hubs are often also commercial and business centers. This hotel is right above JR Osaka Station and the Shinkansen station, and Hankyu Osaka Station isn't far either. Below the hotel, you'll find Daimaru department store, and familiar stores for Chinese visitors like Muji, Uniqlo, and Yodobashi are also nearby. The hotel occupies floors 19 and above of the Daimaru department store. There are a lot of rooms, and the hallways are deep and long. However, the room size can only be described as cramped. On my first stay, the two beds were pushed right together. The second room was slightly wider, with just a narrow gap between the beds, and the TV on the desk was at most 16 inches. In terms of room rate alone, it's not great value for money, but when you're traveling, convenience is very important, so I'd still highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and the bus stop for the direct shuttle to Osaka Kansai Airport (KIX) at Umeda is also right downstairs.

We stayed in a deluxe twin. It’s nice spacious room with two 4 ft beds, even have a seating area with a couch in the room. The room acoustic is great, you don’t hear much traffic at all, except for sirens and some jerks roaming their sport cars engines at night. The amenities is great, please do explore around the hotel. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Nipponbashi and Namba station and is tucked slightly away from the bustling Namba and yet is just a street away. Hotel staff team is very polite, good English speaking and helpful. They helped me to change restaurant reservation  as I don’t speak Japanese. Will definitely come back again.

The lobby and exterior of the hotel are very atmospheric, and you can also enjoy the sea view of the pier outside. The room interior is quite basic, and the facilities didn't feel particularly new. For 1200, I had high expectations for a themed room, but was disappointed upon entering. It's very close to the film studio. The food at the hotel isn't expensive; I think the noodle and fried rice set for 56 RMB, and the beef bowl for 56 RMB, were the best I had in Japan. I recommend going to the lobby for photos and dining, and staying at a cheaper hotel nearby. The last four photos are from the film studio.

I stayed for two nights, which was perfect after a fun day at Universal Studios Japan – I could just come back and relax. The hotel is surrounded by a bustling shopping street with plenty of restaurants and shops. I even grabbed some Sushiro takeout to enjoy back at the hotel. The room was very spacious, and I especially loved the three-part bathroom setup which was super convenient. All the bath amenities were well-stocked too. In the evenings, I could pop down to the 24-hour Lawson downstairs to buy a couple of onigiri to store in the mini-fridge. Each floor also has a microwave, so I could just heat them up before heading out the door in the morning.

Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24. This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

I stayed at Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a beautiful, slightly European Art Deco style and feels elegant from the moment you walk into the lobby. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with directions or questions. I also really enjoyed relaxing at the onsen/spa after a long day of walking. Overall, a wonderful stay with great atmosphere, good facilities, and warm Japanese hospitality. I've stayed at the New Otani in Hakata before, and this time I chose the one in Osaka. Both are equally luxurious and grand, but I found the room's cleanliness in Osaka to be a bit lacking compared to Hakata – there were some stains behind the closet door. The location is super convenient, close to both JR and Keihan train stations. The room was spacious enough, with two bathrooms, which was incredibly handy for a family trip. When we checked out, we made a last-minute decision to take the shuttle bus to the airport. We only had five minutes before it departed, but the front desk immediately called the shuttle service, printed our tickets, and had a bellboy whisk our luggage over. We made it onto the bus smoothly, and I'm very grateful for their quick assistance. The surrounding area is also very convenient; we took a leisurely stroll to Osaka Castle. We even stumbled upon an XG concert tour, with the venue, Osaka-Jo Hall, right across from the hotel! We snagged tickets for 400 yen and enjoyed a high-quality concert. So happy! 🥳

My overall stay was exceptionally good, with excellent service, ambiance, room type, and meals. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. Initially, I didn't have high hopes for the Imperial Hotel Osaka because the exterior photos looked a bit dated. However, my perception was completely overturned after checking in. It truly exceeded all expectations! Even if the hotel's facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly well-maintained, comfortable to use, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, providing a fantastic experience, truly the standard of an established luxury hotel. The front desk staff were gentle and accommodating. One staff member (I believe her name was Kim) was especially attentive, actively helping with luggage every time I went in and out. I stayed in a riverside room on a lower floor. The environment was very comfortable, and the price was not expensive at all (much better than many more expensive design hotels). The bedding in the room was excellent, and I slept wonderfully. The Japanese breakfast offered by the hotel was outstanding in quality, with a well-balanced and palatable selection. The dining experience was just right, without feeling overly full. (American breakfast was also available in another restaurant). The hotel's laundry service is also commendable. Washed clothes were clean and neatly pressed, and they were even carefully organized and tied with ribbons. This level of delicate and thoughtful care is not common even among many high-end hotels. The hotel possesses a restrained and dignified classic charm, with sincerity towards guests evident everywhere. I have high standards for accommodation details, but this hotel still managed to be impeccable. I would prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka and am also willing to try other hotels of the same brand in different cities.

I spontaneously booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the airport shuttle, and I was pleasantly surprised! Here's some info for everyone: **Location:** It's super close to the airport shuttle (a 5-minute walk). Even with 2 suitcases and 2 tote bags, the distance was perfect. It's also incredibly close to major shopping malls and Osaka Station, making it convenient for catching any transport you need for sightseeing. Seriously, it's so convenient! There are plenty of food options nearby too, so you don't have to go far at all. 👍 **Amenities:** They offer complimentary coffee and drinks, afternoon tea, and an evening bar (all free!). The service is just amazing. Plus, there's a large public bath, gym, washing machines, ice maker, and microwave. Basically, they have everything you could possibly need, and if something isn't provided, you can usually borrow it. There's a clear guide explaining all the services. The rooms come with a fridge, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/face soap. In the lobby, you can help yourself to Sekkisei lotion and toner. The bed even has a button that I assume is for heating, because it made the bed wonderfully warm and comfortable. Honestly, everything is so thoughtfully prepared. And, super important, there are tons of charging ports – absolutely fantastic! 👍 **Space:** The room was much more spacious than I expected. I had 2 large suitcases and 2 huge tote bags, and there was plenty of room to open everything. For Japan, I'd say they've made excellent use of the space. All my requests, which I noted during booking, were met. 😌 **Overall:** I originally booked this last minute, simply choosing a hotel where I could fully redeem my Trip.com points. After using my points, I only paid the taxes, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality. However, I was genuinely and unexpectedly satisfied! If I were paying the regular price, which seems to be around 400-600 RMB, this hotel would be the king of value for money in the Osaka Station area. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Umeda shopping district, don't even think twice – just pick this one!

The bathroom is very roomy and well-designed, making it convenient for multiple guests. There's a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station from 10 AM to 6 PM, or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. The hotel's own small garden has very relaxed koi fish. Nearby, you can get a panoramic view of Osaka from the Umeda Sky Building, and there's a convenient food street underground.

I originally booked a W Suite and arrived at 12 PM hoping to secure a high-floor room, but was only given the 8th floor. So, I paid more to upgrade to a Marvelous Suite. Honestly, the hardware facilities are excellent, but! If you want to experience differential treatment, this W is the place to be. First, someone else's laundry was mistakenly delivered to our suite. When I told the front desk, they were dismissive, merely saying someone would come to collect it, without even an apology. Later, while we were out, they left two boxes of Pocky biscuits... truly perfunctory. Then, we went to the Living Room on the third floor for drinks, and the server was practically bowing to Caucasian guests, while being very dismissive towards us. Around 10 PM, I called their 24/7 Whatever/Whenever service for an extra duvet, and they told me they had none left. The next day, I ordered room service through the Bonvoy app, and since I couldn't find the order on the web version, I called again to confirm. They said they'd call me back after checking with room service, but the meal arrived and I never got a call back. It felt like they didn't care about their guests at all. Also, the suite's minibar is entirely chargeable, and there are no additional services. It really felt like I paid a hefty price just to rent the room itself. I can't really praise the service from a five-star Marriott-branded hotel. This review is a heads-up for anyone considering booking this hotel. Though I doubt W Osaka will care about my review; they're always fully booked and don't lack customers. Oh, and the front desk concierge who spoke Chinese were all from Taiwan.

The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. We did book the hotel as a birthday present for my sister. Hear her feedback: ” I would like to thank you all for making this stay an unforgettable one. We enjoyed our stay and the kindness of the staff who made sure to accommodate us from the beginning. Thank you for the birthday cake, the upgrade, and the flexibility regarding the swimming pool. We had a great stay and we hope to come back” She also said breakfast options are huge between continental buffet, Korean and Chinese food. The staff is very great and helpful. The only minus thing was that the swimming pool is usable only 3hours per day

An excellent stay. From the moment I arrived I felt very well taken care of. Every member of staff was polite, friendly, and patient. I booked a twin room but was offered a King size on arrival. I had a river view that was so beautiful! Namsan park is just across the road - the location is perfect, perfect, perfect! Room service was prompt and the food was good. I didn’t have breakfast. I did eat at JJ Mahoney’s and that was excellent - super service!! The one thing that did seem odd was I couldn’t seem to not get water all over the floor when using the shower. Not sure if it was the pressure (which was great), or the angle of the shower head (which I did adjust to try and rectify things). Nice to see sustainability measures in place for amenities, towels etc. Oh - checking in on a Friday seems to be incredibly busy. I came home from an excursion at around 4pm on Friday and the lobby was jam packed (as was the gallery for tea etc.) so perhaps try and time your visit accordingly. Excellent stay, will definitely be back!

Very beautiful hotel. Greeted by staffs who helped open the car door, and get your bags and luggage to the check in counter every day! Only bummer was at check out timing is 11am, we tried asking for later check out timing during check-in and was told hotel is full. Managed to get a late check out of 12pm when we tried again the night before leaving the hotel. Hotel has a little mall,a coffee bean, CU, some expensive restaurants. It also has a sauna (30K won per pax), 1 hot and cold tub and one sauna room. Room amenities can be requested via the web app in your room. Rooms were very modern, however Water from the shower does flood the dry toilet area a little. Generally a great stay.

What a great experience from the start! Had the hotel pick me up from the airport bus stop on arrival and they have regular shuttle bus available to the nearest subway station ( or you can choose to walk up/downhill). The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciate the turn down service they offer. The surroundings of the hotel is very beautiful too. I made use of the gym and sauna for the 4 days I stayed there and could say the gym has one of the best equipments for a hotel standard. The hotel can be quite busy with non-hotel guests but it didn't bother me at all. I will definitely be back to try their buffet at the Parkview another time!

Excellent stay at New Seoul Hotel Myeongdong! The hotel location was perfect very convenient and close to Myeongdong shopping street, restaurants, convenience stores, and subway/train stations, making it easy to travel around Seoul. I highly recommend the voco Seoul Myeongdong! The service was incredibly thoughtful and patient; even with language barriers, the staff were always proactive and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is absolutely fantastic – ordering food delivery was super convenient, and Nandaemun Market is right downstairs where you can grab traditional snacks. It's also very close to Seoul Station and Lotte Duty-Free Myeongdong, and you can walk to the Myeongdong shopping district. The hotel even has its own GS25 convenience store, a coffee shop, and Burger King, making food and drinks incredibly easy. There's an airport bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take the 6001 bus directly from Incheon Airport (get off at Nandaemun Station, just tell the driver 'voco hotel' and they'll stop). It made getting around so hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Seoul!

Staying at this hotel in Seoul is incredibly convenient. Getting here from Incheon Airport is a breeze – just take bus 6015 directly to the hotel, and for your return, you can catch the bus right outside. It's super handy! There are also several subway stations nearby. If you're coming from Line 2, exit 10 has an escalator, which is great if you're traveling with luggage. Check-in was fast and the staff were lovely, always smiling. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job daily, even noticing I have long hair that needs blow-drying and kindly swapped out my old hairdryer for a newer, more efficient one. That was a really thoughtful touch!

I’ve stayed here several times in the past, and it didn’t disappoint again. The room is huge, the bathroom is nice and clean, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The room temperature was excellent and kept very warm during the cold winter in Seoul. The hotel is right outside a metro station, which makes getting around very convenient. This time I also discovered they have self-lock luggage lockers, free for the first 24 hours (or available for a small fee after), which was very useful. The laundry machines are also affordable and work well, with dryers available too. Overall, a very comfortable and reliable place to stay that I would happily return to again.

The hotel's cleanliness was decent, but it felt like it was located right next to a landfill; every morning when I opened the window, there was a faint smell. The air conditioning in the room wasn't great, and I actually caught a cold from it. However, the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and they all spoke Chinese. One rather strange detail, especially for Chinese guests, was a large mirror facing directly towards the head of the bed... so if that bothers you, you might want to look elsewhere. The location itself is good, right next to a subway station, but unfortunately, that station doesn't have an escalator or elevator.

The biggest plus of this Seoul hotel is its fantastic location. Deoksugung Palace, Gwanghwamun, and Gyeongbokgung Palace are all within walking distance, and if you're up for it, even Myeongdong and other commercial areas are reachable on foot, making sightseeing a breeze. Coming back to the hotel at night and gazing at the bustling city lights outside the window creates that classic, old-school hotel vibe straight out of a K-drama, with a touch of 'old money' sophistication. There's also a large Paris Baguette nearby, which is super convenient for grabbing breakfast or coffee. The room size is quite spacious for a Seoul city hotel. We paid around 600-something per night for our two-night stay, and the hotel even upgraded us, which significantly enhanced our overall experience. While the facilities do show their age a bit and aren't brand new, if you appreciate that vintage charm, you'll find it quite appealing. Considering the price, space, and location, the value for money is excellent. I'd very likely consider staying here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Friendly and great service by the front desk staff. Initially was given a room on the 8th floor according to my request, but the room size was far too small than what I anticipated for 3 senior citizens. There was no walking space and no place for us to hang our clothes. However, the staff and the manager was helpful and kind to switch us to another bigger room on the 2nd floor. He even was willing to let me view the room first before I decide to take it up without added cost. When I called them during the night to say the room was very cold and cannot adjust the temperature since it is centralized controlled, they immediately sent a portable heater up to us. The front desk staff were all very courteous and helped us with our direction to find a nearby hospital for my sister who sprained her ankle and even wrote in Korean language for us to show to the hospital and also our tour meeting place to the taxi driver. On our last day, when it rained, they also offered us umbrella to get around outside. We could also order food in. Room was always cleaned up. Checking in and out also a breeze. Thumbs up for their excellent service. 👍👍👍👍

Overall, our stay was great. The location is perfect, 4 metro stations, plenty of buses, a lot of cafes are near by. The room is pretty spacious, there was everything that you might need. The TV is smart, it’s possible to watch Netflix or YouTube. The room was clean, well-prepared. The check-in process is super fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi was great as well, I joined zoom-call easily There were two minor things that we were a bit dissatisfied about: 1) the AC doesn’t have a night mode so it’s hard to adjust it, it’s either cold or hot.. we struggled. 2) we wanted to dinner at BBQ restaurant at the hotel, which works till 10pm as was stated at Ad. However, we came at 9, it was already closed, they said that the last order is at 8:30.. which is rare.. usually last order is 30 min before closing. So we left hangry. Anyway, the hotel is great, we would definitely come back and recommend all friends.

My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at Skypark Hotel 3 in Myeongdong! We stayed here for 12 days, and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are clean, and the service and staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and super polite. They also offer amenities like drinking water, weighing scale for your luggages, and coin laundry. But my favorite part is its location! For Myeongdong, an area where every inch of land is precious in Seoul, the room at this hotel can truly be described as spacious. On the day we departed from home, my wife unfortunately twisted her back. After checking in at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find grab bars and a foldable seat in the shower, clearly installed for people with mobility issues. This was incredibly helpful. Although the hotel is a bit of a distance from Myeongdong Station (about 1.2 km), it's only about 35 RMB by taxi, and not too far to walk. Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus, and I've attached the timetable for reference. The mini-bar in the room provides 2 bottles of water daily, along with beer, cola, and Chilsung Cider, all free of charge. This was even better than the five-star hotel I stayed at later. Another thing worth mentioning is that I forgot my credit card on this trip, so the hotel required a deposit upon check-in (I paid 200,000 Korean won in cash). An older gentleman at the front desk was so diligent, repeatedly reminding me to keep the deposit receipt safe, fearing I might lose it. He was very responsible. The only minor issue to note is the drying cabinet in the room. It's best not to use it for light-colored clothes. After washing a white Burberry T-shirt, I put it in to dry. Perhaps it was a user error, but after drying, faint blue marks appeared on the fabric. Thankfully, the marks washed out, and I had no issues when drying darker clothes afterward. P.S.: For those sensitive to noise when resting, staying here is better than near Myeongdong Station, which can be quite noisy late into the night. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

This hotel has an excellent location, very close to Jongno 3-ga Station and Euljiro 3-ga Station. Right in front of the hotel is Cheonggyecheon Stream, where you can enjoy a nice walk anytime. The hotel is located near the road connecting the two stations, and at night, the street comes alive with red tent stalls lining both sides. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Their service was excellent, and they provided all the information we needed. We asked to borrow an adaptor and chopsticks, and they brought them to us right away. Very impressive service. Had a really good stay here. The hotel is about 5mins walk from Myeongdong Street, which was nice as it’s close enough to the action but still away from the crowds. I wanted to highlight some details I noticed during my trip: 1. They cleaned all the stains off the magnifying mirror, a service I haven't received at other hotels of the same star rating. 2. I visited during the ***** New Year (CNY), and the hotel diary correctly labeled it as CNY, not LNY – much appreciated! 🫶 3. The hotel was very attentive to personal belongings; even when I went downstairs to pick up takeout, they carefully verified the order number. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was excellent. I stayed for four days and three nights, and I had a very satisfying breakfast every morning. The room itself was a bit small, but its convenient location made up for it. It was easy to get around by taxi or on foot! Just a heads-up: if you're heading to Incheon Airport from here, you should allow 1.5 hours for travel time, as there can be traffic. Gimpo Airport might be a more convenient option.

This is the ideal hotel to stay-in in Seoul because it is literally located right at the heart of Myeong-dong everywhere happening. There is a large 7-11 conveniently located just 10 metres away, the start of a night market just another 20 metres away. Cross over to the other side and there's all the luxury shopping (Lotte Deparment Stall) which in my opinion is better than Gangnam. another direction and you will hit Myeongdong shopping main street. Go underneath and there will be a huge underground shopping mall that leads all the way to City Hall main station. Rooms are very spacious, the gym was excellent and last but not least, the staffs were all very friendly and kind to allow us to check-in early due to available vacant rooms. I rarely write hotel reviews, but I just had to for this one! Today, I decided to explore a different area and moved to a hotel in Hongdae. The contrast was shocking – both are in popular Seoul areas, but the difference was huge! On that note, I'm going to call out 9 Bricks Hotel Hongdae as one to avoid. I'll be reviewing them when I check out tomorrow… Now, let me praise L'escape – the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Hoehyeon Station on Subway Line 4, Exit 7. From the escalator at the exit, there are signs directing you to the hotel! Honestly, you don't even need the signs because you can see the hotel as soon as you step out onto the street. There's a slight uphill walk, and as I was halfway up with my luggage, a hotel staff member came running out to help! The service was incredible! 👍 If you don't go above ground from Exit 7, the other direction leads directly into Shinsegae Department Store. It’s a multi-story department store with food, a duty-free shop, luxury goods, and affordable items – great for browsing! Outside on the ground level of Shinsegae, there's a 3D mega-screen, similar to the one at Taikoo Li in Chengdu, but much more visually appealing and with fewer advertisements. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Myeongdong. As a proper tourist, Myeongdong is a must-visit! Especially after exploring Hongdae today… I really want to go back to Myeongdong! 😢 Now, about the hotel itself (my picture arrangement is a bit messy, can't adjust it yet…) The hotel itself has a distinctive style. It might feel a little old-fashioned and perhaps not ideal for families with young children, but it's clean, tidy, and still very refined! Even the elevators are decorated, somewhat reminiscent of The Ritz in London. The toiletries are BYREDO, just like at Six Senses. The mini-bar is completely free, and the Nespresso capsules and chocolates are excellent. The hotel's restaurant is Michelin-starred year after year – not cheap, but certainly fantastic. The Tea Lounge was closed by the time I arrived, but I'm sure it's also wonderful. The bar on the 26th floor is very chill, and you can get great photos with ease! The postcards provided in the room are beautiful, and they even offer free mailing! I also love the design of the notepads and the toiletry packaging – the hand-drawn illustration style is gorgeous! The hotel service is also excellent. Most of the staff speak English and are always ready to help with luggage, calling taxis, and opening car doors. In summary, it's a high-end hotel service experience through and through! But I only paid just over 800 RMB for my stay – it far exceeded my expectations! Next time I come to Seoul, I will 100% rebook this hotel.

There are also restaurants and duty-free shops along the way. My king-size room was on the top floor with a nice view, but the twin room on the back didn't have much to see. The hotel's location is really good. The airport shuttle goes directly to it, and it's not a long walk from Yeongdeungpo subway station. There are plenty of food and drink options across from the hotel, and an Olive Young just around the corner. As previous reviews mentioned, the double room is indeed close to the train tracks, but there's some soundproofing. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. I was out early and back late, so I was so tired at night that I slept right through it and didn't find it too disruptive. For sensitive sleepers, I'd recommend earplugs. The room is relatively small, but the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The twin beds are 1.1 meters wide, which is a bit small, but compared to other hotels in Seoul, a 1.1-meter twin room is actually considered spacious. The hotel provides towels, disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, but no toothpaste or toothbrushes. The front desk staff are all very polite. If a second person showers, it starts getting cold towards the end. Also, the hotel's cleaning staff leave after 4 PM, so when I checked in, I noticed one of the beds was a bit dirty, and I had to wait for the front desk staff to be available to help change it.

The hotel is highly automated with self check-in/out. Amenities are requested via kiosks or robots and come quite fast. My kid loved the robot coming to the room and the moving dinosaur in the lobby. They don’t change the bed linen every day, an after housekeeping on my second day, the hotel slippers were taken away and not replaced, plus you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is very convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping streets, right opposite a 7-Eleven, and about a 10-minute walk to Shinsegae Duty Free, which is the meeting point for many guided tours booked online (GetYourGuide, Klook, KKDay, SeoulPass, Trip.com, etc.). The child-friendly/accessible room was a big plus. We could push the two small beds together with no side table in between, making it safer for our young child to sleep without worrying about falling.

The Howard Plaza Hotel has an excellent location, very close to Daan Forest Park and Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station. The surrounding area has a full range of amenities and is very safe. The staff are attentive and friendly. As an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, and the room decor has a classic, slightly old-fashioned feel, but all of this is perfectly acceptable. The only downside was that the room number sign on my floor (I think it was the 6th floor, facing Ren'ai Road) seemed to be incorrect, directing me in the wrong direction from the elevator. I walked all the way to the end of the hall and couldn't find my room, so I had to turn back and eventually found it in the opposite direction. It was a bit frustrating. I hope they can fix that sign.

There's construction on one side of the hotel, and the old windows don't close properly, so diesel fumes from the crane wafted directly into the bedroom. Not to mention the noise from the building work – imagine driving a car without air conditioning, stuck behind a diesel truck constantly spewing exhaust fumes. The result? A headache that required painkillers. Luckily, Trip.com was great and got me a room change. The mattress is very soft, so if you prefer lumbar support, you should reconsider. The family with kids next door was very noisy, and the front desk promptly moved me to another room. The transportation is very convenient, with the MRT station just a two-minute walk away. The hotel lobby is like an MRT platform, bustling with people – from young to old, student groups to limping seniors, all attending some event. It's the opposite of quiet. If you enjoy crowded fairs, you might like the lively atmosphere. Even checking in took about 10 minutes.

I didn't know what to expect at first but it turned out to be a good choice. For the discounted price i got the room for, it was so worth it. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable as well as the beds. Bathroom/toilet were spacious. Loved the smart toilet, just like those in Japan. Push button double blinds. There was even a full size couch in the room. No unpleasant smell in and out of the bedroom, hallways. Lobby looked classy. Nothing really negative about the hotel. Staff were nice. A stunning view greeted us when we first checked into our room. We didn't expect to see a great view of the Taipei 101 given the hotel's location. A perfect place to watch countdown fireworks. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. You can see the small details and effort in maintaining the room. Welcome snacks were delicious. Special mention to the popcorn which was so good. Good location with walking distance to nearby hypermarket and 西门町. Well connected to nearby mrt and bus stations. Definitely living up to its high scoring.

The room is dated but location is centralised with a mall next to it. Escalator and walking distance helps to make luggages easier to handle. Rooms are relatively big. The lift system - you have to press both lifts for it to work and often a long waiting time. The dryer on 4th floor had a ”broke down” notice and when asked the reception, she gave me a nearby laundromat but it is not self-service coin operated. We booked with breakfast but i'll say, give the breakfast a miss.

A Fun and Funky Stay in the Heart of Taipei I had a great stay at Hotel PaPa Whale! The hotel's style is really unique and quirky, which makes it stand out from your typical business hotels. The location is absolutely fantastic. It’s just a short 7-minute walk to Ximen Station, making it super convenient to get around the city, and being right on the edge of Ximending means you're in the middle of all the action, shopping, and nightlife. Location: You really can't beat it for exploring Taipei. The Ximending pedestrian area is literally a few minutes' walk away, so you're surrounded by endless food options. Whether you're looking for a late-night snack, trendy cafes, or authentic ********* street food, you'll find it all right on your doorstep. The proximity to the MRT station is a huge plus for day trips too. Room & Atmosphere: The room was a decent size, especially for Taipei, and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The vibe is modern and playful. The most... memorable feature was definitely the large mirror on the ceiling above the bed. It certainly adds a fun, slightly ”kinky” twist to the room's atmosphere! It’s a bold design choice that fits the hotel's overall playful and unconventional personality. Bathroom: One of the highlights was the bathroom. It was impressively large, very clean, and well-appointed, with good water pressure in the shower. It felt more like a boutique hotel bathroom than a standard city hotel one. Overall: Hotel PaPa Whale is a solid 4-star experience. It combines a prime location, a clean and comfortable room with a fun twist, and a great bathroom. If you're looking for a memorable stay right in the heart of Taipei's most vibrant district, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for something a little different.

This was the most unforgettable night of my entire trip to Taiwan. After staying in five different hotels, the Grand Hotel definitely ranks number one for me. The service attitude was excellent; the luggage staff helped with my bags as soon as I got out of the car, and then brought them to my room after check-in. Their smiles were warm, and their service was very professional. The front desk service was equally impressive, upgrading my room and adding a small, simple touch – two swans folded from towels on the bed – which was a pleasant surprise. The Grand Hotel truly offers a blend of professionalism and warmth. While the facilities might not be the absolute best, I believe their service and professionalism are on par with world-class luxury hotels. The shuttle service at Yuanshan Station makes transportation quite convenient. From my room, I could see Taipei 101 and planes taking off from Songshan Airport. The soundproofing was excellent; it wasn't noisy at all. Five stars don't even begin to express my praise for this hotel. If I have another chance to visit Taipei, the Grand Hotel will still be my top choice.

The Regent is thoroughly an amazing experience regardless of if you’re with family, friends, or a solo traveler. The room is incredibly spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and view of the city. The windows offer a great amount of natural light as well of a view of the city. There’s a well-sized desk too if you, like me, had to do some work during the day. The location itself is close to many other hotels and nearby to a station so transportation and local services are easy and possible. However, while locations like Ximending or Taipei 101 are not too far, it’s also not right outside. From some rooms, you can even see Taipei 101! Nonetheless, the area where the hotel is situated is incredibly quiet, clean, and relaxing. The service was, by far, the highlight of the entire experience. From the moment you walk in the door, there are an incredible amount of helpful and kind attendants to assist and guide you. There was not a single negative experience I could write about. As an international solo traveler, I felt well accommodated to. There are an incredible amount of amenities to make use of. Restaurants, bars, pools, spas, shopping! All within the confines of the hotel. If you’re more of a homebody rather than an explorer, that experience is definitely possible here. The food was amazing and the decor is simply decadent. Overall, it was an amazing stay with minimal to no qualms.

Each room that you book also comes with a 1x free visit to the outdoor Spa facilities so I highly suggest you to bring a swim wear to go as it's pretty good even at night time. As for the room it's spacious like other reviews photos have shown but not a lot of people have shown the bathroom/toilet so I'm including it here. This is our second time staying at JR, again right before the Chinese New Year, and we stayed for three nights. We were mainly satisfied because the twin room was very spacious, perfect for our family of four. Since we usually sleep late, we opted for a room without breakfast; if needed, we could always buy it from the front desk, and there are plenty of hidden gem eateries nearby for brunch, afternoon tea, coffee, etc. The best part is the small park behind the hotel with a stone slide that's great for letting the kids burn off energy. Let's start with the positives: The doorman, lobby manager, and front desk staff were all very professional, living up to the reputation of a renowned international hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Now for the negatives: It lacks grandeur. The lobby entrance is too narrow, making it feel like a busy market when crowded. The facilities are mediocre. The bidet toilet was installed too high; even at 172cm, my feet couldn't touch the ground when seated. The TV was incredibly small, disproportionate to the room size. The most frustrating issue was the poor soundproofing. The guests next door in room 1225 were speaking English, and perhaps they couldn't control their volume, but I could hear their conversations clearly, which was very loud and disturbing. This was extremely disappointing. Due to construction, the Ferris wheel was almost completely obscured. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather an objective circumstance.

Our family of six stayed at Hotel Èclat Taipei, occupying three different rooms on Level 5. Overall, the rooms were cosy, stylish, and felt luxurious, but our experience varied noticeably from room to room. One point to note is the lack of basic amenities — toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, which may surprise some guests. Additionally, the room features were inconsistent: - One room had heated toilet seats, while the other two did not. - One room had automated curtains, while the rest were manual. - Another room had warm water from the bidet, but others did not. Although Hotel Èclat is a 5-star hotel, the lobby is relatively small and may feel cramped, especially when multiple guests are checking in at the same time. Sound insulation could also be improved, as we occasionally heard guests laughing late at night. That said, there were definite highlights. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and both the water pressure and bath products were excellent, making showers very enjoyable. These details made a big difference to our comfort. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent. It is extremely close to Taipei 101, which is very convenient for guests planning to visit the area. The hotel is also situated between two MRT stations on the Red Line, each approximately 400–600 metres away. Walking to and from the MRT stations was pleasant, especially with the cool December weather, making the commute comfortable and enjoyable. We did not opt for the hotel breakfast, as we preferred exploring traditional Taiwanese breakfast options nearby. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, assisting us with umbrella rentals and ensuring our rooms were on the same floor, which we appreciated greatly as a family travelling together. Overall, Hotel Èclat offers a comfortable stay in a prime location with attentive service, though greater consistency in room features, amenities, and shared spaces would further enhance the experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very pleasant stay at Twin Towers Hotel, Bangkok. The location is great – just a short ride to popular attractions like MBK Center, Siam Paragon, and Chinatown, making it easy to explore the city. The lobby and facilities are spacious, giving a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, perfect for a relaxing rest after a day in the city. The staff were professional and very helpful, always providing assistance with a smile. I also enjoyed the pool and fitness center, which were well maintained and added extra value to the stay. Overall, Twin Towers Hotel offers great comfort, convenient location, and excellent service at a reasonable price. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok and would definitely stay here again.

Good day to all travelers! We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays for a few days while transiting through Bangkok. The hotel staff and managers tried very hard to create a festive atmosphere in every detail and in every detail. The Check-in and Check-Out were superbly professional. The concierge service with luggage and taxi is very nice and caring. Of course, there are some problems with the English language, but this is already common throughout the region. The location is very convenient for metro trips. The metro station at the pedestrian crossing over hi-way is 500 meters away. Taxi call via Grab or Trip is instant. The entrance and exit of cars is convenient. The hotel is close to the main shopping malls, such as NewWorld. The taxi fare is 170-200 baht. The concierge service offers round-trip transportation to the royal palaces in the morning - 1000 baht. Very convenient. Transportation is waiting for you at the designated location and sightseeing is very comfortable. Do not forget that you cannot visit palaces in shorts and with open shoulders, otherwise you will be forced to buy clothes on the spot for visiting palaces. Bedding - the bed linen is fresh, new and absolutely white. Towels are changed every day Rooms - of course, this is not the first year after the opening, but everything is kept in order, as much as possible with high traffic through the hotel. We had rooms in the main tower above the eighth floor with a view of the metropolis. The view was very beautiful and the sound insulation was very good. Restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfasts for every taste and nationality. Everything is delicious. The restaurant in the evening for dinner is simple and clearly lacks the hand of a good chef, although in the evening there is a live accompaniment of music on the piano. We recommend having dinner in the city.

From the moment you step into the lobby, Hotel Muse Bangkok impresses with its 1920s-inspired design and elegant vintage charm. The décor feels like stepping into a glamorous era. Pros: 📍 Location: Situated on Langsuan Road, this hotel is in a central and convenient part of Bangkok, just a short walk from the Chidlom BTS station and within easy reach of shopping hotspots like CentralWorld and Siam. It’s well placed for exploring the city’s highlights, whether you’re hopping on the BTS or strolling to nearby malls and restaurants. 🛏 Room & Comfort: The rooms are stylish and spacious, harmonizing classic design with modern comforts. 🍽 Dining & Atmosphere: Hotel Muse offers several dining experiences, including a rooftop bar with skyline views and cocktails that capture the speakeasy vibe. 🌆 Facilities: The rooftop pool and fitness center are lovely perks, perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. The rooftop speakeasy lounge, in particular, is a favorite spot for evening drinks and vibes. Cons: 📌 What to Know Before You Go: • The hotel’s dramatic lighting and vintage motif might feel too dark or heavy for travelers like me who prefer bright, modern interiors.

Great service, breakfast and nice facilities even if some are not always available (under construction/maintenance). Breakfast was a buffet with a small variety of foods (Indian, Western and Asian). The only reason I evaluate the cleanliness as not so good was because of a cockroach we had in our room and the stability of the chair in front of the vanity was questionable.

My first stop in Bangkok for my business trip to Thailand was this hotel. After landing at the airport, I headed straight here to check in. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, which made communication difficult. After a bit of a struggle, I finally got checked in. We went out for a meal, and when we came back to rest in the evening, I found out the hotel didn't provide any disposable amenities. Luckily, I brought my own toothbrush, but the lack of slippers was very inconvenient. The room I stayed in was also very small. We paid extra for breakfast, which was a buffet and pretty decent, but overall, it wasn't great value for money.

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for my nephew’s first overseas trip to celebrate his secondary school graduation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Location: The location is fantastic—perfect for shopping, enjoying late-night meals, exploring nearby night markets, and conveniently accessing the airport via public transportation. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Importantly, there were no bugs at all, which was a top priority for me. Towels were refreshed daily, which I really appreciated. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel was incredibly thoughtful with its offerings. Complimentary bottled water was provided both in the fridge and on the desk. In addition, they replenished items like coke, tea, coffee, and even cup noodles every day. Everything was neatly arranged and showed great attention to detail. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of options, including delicious traditional Thai dishes, which I really enjoyed. Even my nephew, who is quite a picky eater, was able to find plenty of food he liked. Staff: The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a memorable experience for our special trip.

I frequently stayed at Asia Hotel and it has been 4 times within 10 months. Location is excellent and directly connected to Ratchathewi BTS. 7/11 is just downstairs. Easily accessible to local food vendors and Thai massage. The hotel rooms are a bit old, but you can still manage to stay here unless you are allergic to these flaws. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help especially security guards and housekeepers. But, I found out that some receptionists are kind of rude and very straightforward. They need to be well trained to improve their services I guess. Photo is the view from my room.

We were staying in a corner room, which was connected to another room. On our first day, the lock on one of the rooms was broken and couldn't be opened from the inside. We went to the lobby, and they just reactivated the room key and told us to try again, but it still didn't work. So I called the lobby, and about 20 minutes later someone came to check on the door, took a video, said they would send someone to fix it, and then left. We waited for two hours, but no one came. So we called the same number to inquire, but the person there told us to call another number. After connecting to that number, they said they would transfer us to another number, which led to another long wait, and finally, no one answered. Since we had other plans, we went downstairs to the lobby to talk to them and arranged for cleaning to be done once the door was fixed. Three hours later, we returned and asked in the lobby if our door was repaired. The staff member answered our question impatiently and rolled their eyes. However, all the other service staff were very nice and had excellent service attitudes.

Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium image the hotel is going for. One inconvenience was that Grab deliveries are not sent up to the room. Orders are left at the drop-off point, which can be a hassle, especially at night or after a long day. The pool area was another downside. It was too dark and dimly lit at night, making it difficult to see clearly. I actually hit my toe on the steps, which could have been avoided with better lighting. Overall, a comfortable stay but falls short in terms of maintenance and guest convenience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.

We had a nice experience here! Compliments especially to the friendly doorman — he left such an impression on me because he greeted us so enthusiastically every day. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower hot with good water pressure, and they had actual conditioner. WiFi was fast, and housekeeping was thorough every day and kept replacing our amenities even though we didn’t need it, lol. Plus we had a great view of the amazing city view nearby. So beautiful! Location was beyond excellent! Close to both the Nana BTS, and has a private turnaround area for taxis/Grabs, so take your pick really. This particular combination is kind of rare, actually, since the two systems don’t overlap a lot. We picked this location over Sukhumvit at Nana because it’s closer to all of the places. There is also a small night market nearby, both of the food and the flesh variety, though the latter is easily avoidable if you wish (it’s not seedy tho). To be honest, the night market felt really touristy and the options were quite limited. There were also a loooot of malls and massage places in the vicinity, of all varieties and price points.

The front office staff were extremely helpful and professional 🙌. I had a midnight flight and requested a late check-out. Me and my husband couldn’t be more satisfied with this hotel. We booked 5 nights but only spent 4 nights as our flight going back to Philippines is like 9:30 at night and we just want to make things hassle free for us without rushing to checkout (12.00 in the afternoon). Everything we need and expected are met. From the amenities, breakfast and dinner all in. Worth the price we paid. They also have free popcorn and apple juice 24/7 near their lobby. Aside from that, we appreciate their FREE tuktuk ride going to nearby areas(big c, platinum mall, central world, etc), and it is 24/7 as well drop off and pickup on the areas where they dropped you. You do not need to worry about booking your grab as well when you go to the airport as the hotel has recommendations for that. We will surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Also how can I forget, they offer thai costume photoshoot for FREE. Mild and Som are so nice and always there to help you put up the costume and jewelries. From a river-view room, you can catch the sunrise, and in the evenings, enjoy stunning golden sunsets and the dazzling lights of the night market across the river. The hotel's public areas resemble a tropical forest, making for great photo opportunities. The pool is quite relaxing if you can ignore the construction next door. The gym comes stocked with a multipurpose machine and other equipment, but it’s rather cramped. We really enjoyed the breakfast which offered good Thai and western options. The main issue we had with the rooms was that the soundproofing was quite terrible. Our room was connected to a neighboring room by two locked doors. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was so bad that I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversation when they were simply talking. And we are staying on the 9th floor. We got an upgrade and got moved to the 21st floor for our second night. I asked for a complementary breakfast for all the trouble (we spent 2 hours of our time with all the re packing and moving and reception time when we only had a day to visit the city) and they said they couldn’t give it to us. 1. The hotel is unattended and you must check in by yourself. If you have any questions, you can press the contact number on the tablet panel and talk to the service staff to help check in. The prerequisite is that you need to speak English or Japanese. Cars are parked for free in the parking lot in front of the second floor. The parking lot is very large. There were only four cars when we checked in, including ours. If we don't drive by ourselves, transportation will be a bit inconvenient. 2. The location is halfway up the mountain. There are many motels or daily rental suites nearby. I don’t know why it feels very empty. I don’t feel very comfortable due to safety concerns. 3. The environment of the room is similar to the photo. The room is very large. The baby is very happy running around, but he is also very happy and sad and keeps bumping into him. The lighting in the room is dim and I personally feel the visibility is poor. The remote control is super insensitive and difficult to switch or turn off. 4. No one will come to clean up the trash during your stay. You have to find a way by yourself or leave it until check-out. 5. All basic spare parts are available. The room is located at the highest point, so it is convenient to open the window to watch the sunrise or sunset.

The room was spacious and came with a kitchen, and the environment and utensils were clean and hygienic. When we checked in, if we had any questions, the staff could speak Cantonese and immediately contacted us to help resolve them. There's free parking downstairs. However, it's worth noting the stairs: there are about ten short steps that can be a bit inconvenient if you're pushing a stroller or carrying luggage. As for the restroom, there was occasionally a slight drain smell (which usually dissipated once the door was closed). Also, we accidentally broke a cup in the bathroom during our stay. After informing the staff, they thoughtfully asked if we were injured and if we needed any assistance. Their service attitude was excellent!👍🏻

It was made like a renovation of an old love hotel. It's neither good nor bad. At night, you have to unlock the entrance and exit yourself, so you should tell me how to do it in advance. The disgusting point was that the walls were thin and I was worried about the sound of people walking in the aisle.

The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle bus. Frustrated, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. Located near eateries, mall and restaurants and value for money stay. The rooms were large and the staff spoke good English. The laundry and dryer were commercial size so fast and good. *Mold smell in air conditioning You can turn it on the river for a few hours and open the window, but you won't fall out. * I don't want to sit because the chair leather is peeled off *There are shops selling ㄷㅁ on the street within walking distance of the hotel. Be careful at night. Lots of izakaya. 5 minutes across the main street of convenience stores. *If you are staying here to see a performance in the arena, be careful as it takes 35 minutes to walk to the main road without street lights because you don't know the bus at 9 p.m. * Self taken from the amenities information. * Except for the bedding, the cleaning condition of the towel or toilet is clean. It's been a long time since I've been working on hot water and cold water with a faucet. ㅋㅋ *Really, the counter worker! Kind! *The lock is inconvenient because it is a key. *There is also a bath, but I don't go. I saw it written that there was a bath fee.

We had all the necessary items, such as consumables and fixtures, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, kitchens, and almost nothing to buy. The service such as welcome donuts was also substantial, and it was enough to stay with 8 people. However, since only the location has to pass the narrow road, I think it was a little failure to rent an SUV as a rental car (there is nothing that cannot pass.) Smoking space was also available outside, and I was able to spend time smoking while drinking slowly. There was also a barbecue grill, but if you want to barbecue, you might want to prepare only the net. As a general comment, I think that I was able to spend a fulfilling time with 8 people in my life.

It's super convenient to get to all the major attractions, and there's even an affordable supermarket opposite. This was by far the best hotel of the trip! First, let's talk about the location. We booked a bay view room and it was absolutely stunning. The air conditioning was the only one in all the hotels we stayed at that we could actually turn off, which was great because I get cold easily (thumbs up!). Downstairs, in the Funan mall's basement two, the food court is fantastic. The bitter gourd fish slice noodles, roasted chicken rice, and Japanese bento boxes were all incredibly delicious and affordable. The only minor drawback is that the pool closes at 9 PM, which feels a bit early. The hotel is conveniently located near the National Gallery and has a park and Old Hill Street behind it. Highly recommend it, and no, I'm not a shill!

Money changer downstairs, free weighing scale in the lobby, lot of stores, mall nearby and of course the MRT beside the hotel is really great. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located right by the Singapore River. My kids absolutely loved the split-level design of the room. While the room isn't huge, the three-part bathroom setup was incredibly practical, allowing everyone to use it at different times. The front desk service was quite good, definitely not as bad as some previous reviews suggested.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Havelock MRT station, offering convenient transportation and a variety of dining options, from seafood restaurants to budget fast-food joints. It's also not far from Chinatown and Orchard Road. The room size is decent, which is quite good for Singapore. The hotel's exterior looks grand, but the interior of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned. Particularly, there's only a bathtub, which even has long-standing water stains. The room amenities are on par with a basic budget hotel.

Great ambience and beautiful view. So nature and clean environment. Worth to stay and nearby to attractions and beach clubs in Sentosa. Shuttle service also provided to go along the beaches ; Pahlawan beach, Tanjong Beach and Siloso Beach which is also convenient to take bus, train and taxi at nearby station. Easy access transportation in and out from Sentosa Island. Love the seaview and garden view from the rooftop and also just a walking distance to Beach Station in less than 10mins from the resort. This is my 2nd time staycation here and highly recommend for a short gateway and healing by nature in Sentosa Island.

We got here at 10pm just got off a flight and need to catch another flight early in the morning. It’s a massive resort, rooms are quite old. We can hear some kid running either upstairs of us or outside in the corridor at 2am, we can’t go back to sleep after this. Also the most scary part is that we found a metal pin on one of the beds, as my son said there was something weird, I’ve brought it to the front desk at checkout, and the front desk man said “****, I’ll talk to my manager “. So don’t think we’ll come back here again🙂. Gotta say the taxi service is pretty efficient as we needed to get to the airport at 4:30am.

The hotel's location is pretty convenient. There's an MRT station, Orchard Boulevard, right across from the main entrance, and there's a covered walkway so you don't have to worry about sun or rain on the way there. However, you should be prepared that Orchard Road, while seemingly close to everything, also means everything is equally distant. The room wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. I booked a twin room. The in-room facilities were moderately maintained, though the LG TV was new. I always make it a point to watch local TV when traveling and often connect my own devices to watch content, so a good, user-friendly TV is a plus for me. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and Tanglin Mall. Tanglin Mall has a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. On the night I checked out, I realized I'd left an item in the room. This is definitely the guest's responsibility, and there's always a risk that lost items won't be found. However, I do want to mention that the hotel's process for assisting with the search was a bit perfunctory and could be improved.

You can store your luggage right after you enter, and they can also help you call a taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is on the third floor, with sofas, fruits, and drinks. There's an outdoor swimming pool on the fifth floor. The room doors and floors are quite thin, so soundproofing isn't great during the day, but luckily it's relatively quiet at night. Definitely stay on the island! Sentosa at night is beautiful, and you don't have to rush through activities or dining. There are food options near the Skyline Luge, and I highly recommend the coconut shake. We got two rooms for 2700 during the May Day holiday, which felt like a great deal. The pool is stunning, and having a 7-Eleven right next to it is super convenient. You can also smoke behind the 7-Eleven. The MRT station is not far, just one stop from the beach and one stop from Universal Studios. You can also walk to both, as they're just a short stroll away. It rained heavily at Universal, but it was actually great because it wasn't hot, and the rain came and went, so it didn't disrupt our fun.

A last minute decision for a 1 night staycation for 2 adults & 2 kids. Location: About 10-15mins walk away from Bugis MRT station. Lots of eateries and restaurants near by, very near to Haji lane for some unique shopping buys. Near Kampong Glam to enjoy the vibes. Hotel: 2 Small building, one main building with lobby and swimming pool of the 5th level, there is a small lift to bring you up. Another building with only rooms, no lift, and we stay on the 2nd level. There is a small swimming pool, but it was crowded, so we did not go swimming. Room: Room is big and spacious, the kids can really run while in the room. The bunk bed with the slide are their favourite. The bunk bed is big, could sleep 2 kids on 1 bed. The room also comes with a big bathtub. Cleanliness for the toilet and beds are good but the floor is a little dirty, with some hair strands around. There is capsule coffee and tea, as well as 4 bottles of water in the room. Basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shampoo and shower gel provided. They even includes bath salts if you want to soak in the bathtub. This is really a plus for us. Overall, an enjoyable stay, price is a little high and no breakfast included, but the kids love it, so no complains.

Good - 7 eleven and bus-stop to town opposite, very near the mosque, warm reception staff, massage shop nearby. Can try the food at Chix, really good value! Can also walk over to CityGate BeerThai House Restaurant and the nice goreng pisang and potato balls. <3 Can be better - SADLY, jacuzzi only is actually only bath tub.. didn't have any pump for my room, dont know why it's promoted as jacuzzi. Doesnt feel clean. As corridor/rooms are very compact, with doors side by side, can hear talking throughout the stay. inner/toilet windows are also facing other rooms with blinds. kettle had left over tea leaves even after 3rd rinse. pillows are flat types. plugs can be nearer the bed and tv-screen could consider making it able to turn to face the bed. shared toilet slider door /one compartment. can hear ppl showering lol. overall cramped and dated rooms but interesting compact layout!

The room size was decent, and the view from the window was okay, looking out onto the hotel's pool. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from Merlion Park, and transportation is easily accessible. We didn't try the hotel breakfast because we wanted to experience local specialty restaurants. One minor issue was the toilet seat in the bathroom – it lacked a soft-close mechanism, so it made a loud noise when lowered, requiring you to hold it down manually.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay during a solo business trip to Singapore, mainly because I had meetings near Marina Bay Sands. The hotel checked many boxes for me, especially its convenient location, Halal certified breakfast buffet and walking distance access to train stations. The reception area on Level 4 immediately left a strong impression. The interior is beautiful and filled with greenery, somewhat reminding me of Gardens by the Bay. It feels modern, relaxing and very photogenic / Instagrammable at the same time. I appreciated the convenience of online check in and check out. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He thoughtfully gave me a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Yarik. The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I really enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries provided. Another thing I loved was the coffee selection in the room. There were different coffee strengths available, from mild to very strong, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys coffee a lot. I visited the hotel gym as well. It is not huge, but good enough for a basic workout. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I also walked to the nearby Suntec City AF branch, which was very convenient from the hotel. The location is excellent. Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station are both within about five minutes’ walk, and the Merlion Park area is nearby too, making it easy for me to go jogging. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I especially loved the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon. On checkout day, although my late checkout request was initially declined by Lydia at the reception counter because the hotel was full, the team later managed to accommodate my request after I explained my situation. Thanks as well to Yi Quan for assisting during checkout. Overall, this hotel was amazing. I genuinely enjoyed the stay, especially the thoughtful service and the Halal certified breakfast buffet.

Singapore Changi Airport Region Singapore|17.83km from downtown
✈️Since I had an early flight at 7 AM, I opted for an airport hotel for my last night in Singapore instead of staying downtown. 😂When I booked, I saw the room pictures and size, and I just thought it was pathetically small. But I figured it was just for one night, so I'd make do. Price-wise, at around 1000 RMB, it's definitely not good value for money. Its only advantage is convenience, being close to the airport terminal. You walk out the door and can see Changi Airport's grand waterfall. 🤓The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Entering the guest room area, there wasn't the usual hustle and bustle I'd imagined. It was huge inside, with many rooms, like a maze. Overall, it felt very quiet, and the carpet had excellent soundproofing. Pushing luggage wasn't a struggle at all. 🤪Opening the room door, even though I was mentally prepared, I still exclaimed, ”It's so small!” The bed was right there as soon as you opened the door, and there was even that strange pink lighting reminiscent of old-school street hair salons. 🛏️The bed is electric and can be raised, which is convenient for watching TV. There are foldable tables and chairs by the bed, saving a lot of space. 😜The living space saved was all given to the bathroom. The sink, toilet, and shower cubicle were all lined up, achieving a good wet/dry separation. Many hotels in Hong Kong are also small but can't manage this kind of wet/dry separation; they could learn a thing or two. 🥰The stay experience was also good. The mattress was a little soft, but the support was sufficient. The soundproofing was also excellent; I barely heard any other noise, which is a big plus. 🤣After all that praise, let's talk about the downsides. Check-in time is 6 PM, which is quite late, and early check-in isn't an option. Check-out time is 9 AM, so sleeping in is impossible. Luckily, I had to leave at 5 AM, so I didn't have that problem. Also, the room's AC temperature is restricted to 21 to 24℃. Even set to 24℃ with the fan on the lowest setting, it still felt very cold, and the duvet was very thin. Since there are no windows, I was afraid it would get stuffy if I turned it off, so I just had to wear more clothes. 🥳Overall, the hotel room design is very smart. Although small, it doesn't significantly impact short stays. If you have higher demands for your living experience, you might want to consider the other Crowne Plaza.

Whether passing in the hallway or asking a quick question at the lobby, we were always met with a smile and genuine willingness to help. Housekeeping: Impeccable. The room was spotless every day, with great attention to detail. Turndown service was consistent but never intrusive. ”ada harga, ada kualitas” watch out for these things before booking a room first of all the hotel itself is just okay at best. location wise, it is great, there is a convenience store nearby and parking was always available when i came. staff was kind, responsive, and hospitable. the lift wasn't functioning properly at times, but fortunately i wasn't met with any significant troubles. the room size is quite spacious, air conditioning was good, there was hot water available at all times, towels were always clean and changed. other bathroom amenities only included toothbrush and toothpaste. the bed was comfortable and the room was well lit with yellow-coloured small lights (i hate large overhead white fluorescent lights, so this was very pleasing) i had several issues with the hotel. 1. the walls are quite thin, you could always hear conversations in the hallway and people coming in and out of their rooms all the time. you could mistake a door knock of your neighbours as yours. 2. random stains on the bedsheets 3. the wifi is very slow and internet is really bad (i use XL), for someone who is working remotely, this was quite frustrating 4. the hairdryer they provide doesn't function as good as i needed it to be. there was barely any hot air coming out of it and the air strength is quite weak. i recommend bringing your own hairdryer if you have long hair and prefer drying your hair quickly 5. room door uses a lock system which works. however the manual lock that is attached to it does not. as someone who likes extra security, this was a bit frustrating but at least the main smart lock works properly despite me listing down multiple issues, this was only a personal experience of mine. the quality of the hotel matches up with its price. nevertheless my stay was safe and i had a good stay.

I recently stayed at the Prama Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few points worth mentioning. The hotel and rooms are definitely showing their age, but everything was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient, and I especially appreciated the well-equipped gym as well as the beach and pool area, which were real highlights. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not fully meet the standard of a true 5‑star property, even though it is advertised as such on Trip. The beds felt worn out and could really use an upgrade. Having to make an unexpected trip at short notice due to business issues, my regular Bali Hotel was booked out, so based on the positive reviews I booked what has turned out to be my first and last stay at Kuta Beach Club ( KBC ) The only things KBC have going for it are the central location and the lack of traffic noise due to the property being set way back from the road. Restaurant food, taste and price, OKish ( and you must enjoy eating your dinner accompanied by the sound of pool table balls smashing each other and the ongoing pool table banter ) Restaurant service : if you're lucky! Breakfast buffet selection: reasonable. I made my first of many trips to Bali in 2013. I have stayed in 7 Hotels in the Kuta/Legian area and the KBC is the first place I have been asked to give my Room # name AND signature to get access to a pool towel. The only reason you would have this system in place is because there was a problem with towels going missing. That tells you all you need to know about the clientele at the KBC. My advice, avoid!!

We stayed at D’prima Hotel Seminyak for 3 nights during a shopping-focused trip, and the location was exactly what we needed — right in the center of Seminyak with easy access to shops, cafes, and everything within walking distance. The room was spacious with a very large, comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The hotel is not new and you can notice this in details like the bathroom fixtures and some general wear, but everything was clean and overall comfortable. For the price, it’s a solid budget-friendly option in a great area, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying at the hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place to sleep while enjoying Seminyak, this is a good choice.

Great location! Right in the middle of bustling Legian street but a little inside the alley, so there was no noise from night clubs. Such a variety of breakfast that changed everyday. The only thing to improve is amenities in the room as there were no face & hair towels, and bath towels were so old. They should’ve provided bathrobes for the pool also.

This Holiday Inn Express is right next to the airport, with the Holiday Inn Resort just beyond it. You can walk along the beachfront to Kuta Beach. **Facilities:** Everything worked fine. **Hygiene:** Pretty clean, no strange smells. **Environment:** The room wasn't soundproof at all! On the first night, I could clearly hear the person next door snoring, which made it impossible to sleep. In the mornings, I could hear staff talking and doors opening and closing outside while they cleaned. **Service:** All the staff were friendly and smiled. When I complained about the noise, they arranged for me to switch rooms! I really appreciate that, and I slept much better for the remaining two nights.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money! You get five-star service for just a few hundred yuan. If you're going to Ubud, definitely choose this place, you can't go wrong! 1: Convenient transportation nearby! You can get to Ubud Palace and Monkey Forest within 15 minutes by taxi, and it's less than 2km away if you prefer to walk. 2: The service is the best! You feel right at home! They are very friendly to Chinese guests! 3: The environment is beautiful and serene, nestled in the forest. The front desk gave me a room on the fifth floor, and all I could see was lush greenery! 4: The breakfast is quite abundant, with everything you'd expect and even my favorite congee. Very satisfying!

I booked a Junior Suite for 3 nights, but the initial experience was quite frustrating. The room had several maintenance issues: the main lights were broken (making the room very dim), the fridge wasn't cold, the kettle wouldn't auto-stop, and both bathtubs had faulty plugs. I was especially disappointed with the service; when the technician came to fix the leaking plug, he simply watched it fail to click into place yet insisted it was ”fixed” and fine. Guests should be able to relax rather than supervising ineffective repairs. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was poor due to many flies around the buffet area, especially on the fruit and bread. The coffee machine was also extremely slow. I was also let down by the ”gym,” which is just a tiny corner with a single treadmill and no air conditioning. However, once the hotel finally agreed to a room change, the stay became much more pleasant. The Junior Suite design is actually fantastic—having double tubs and dual TVs is a great concept when everything is operational. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, the AC was strong, and the location is excellent, being just a short walk to the beach.

The staffs is very friendly no doubt! They provide in house laundry which is so convenient and affordable too. Only location was bit off compared to the other location for Jas Villas but still manageable. The villa however is very private away from bustle of the traffic. The fountain for the bath tub doesn’t flows into the tub hence making the whole bathroom flood. Even the pool hut is not built properly, when it was heavy rains, the water splattered from the roof to the bedroom door. Appreciate if they can replaced or maintained the pool bed mattress as it was very mouldy. So the whole experience will be much better.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

The Kempinski Bali boasts stunning architecture with strong Balinese cultural elements. It's a massive property with numerous pools! They also have a ton of restaurants, I heard there are eight! I had a bit of an unpleasant experience right after check-in – the pillows and sheets had a distinct foot odor. When I reported it to the front desk, they actually asked if all the rooms were like that! I mean, seriously? Thankfully, with the help of Ctrip customer service, I was moved to a new room (on a higher floor, the fifth floor), which was a huge improvement! The rest of my two-day stay was very satisfying! The room was exactly as pictured and described. The breakfast wasn't great; there was no congee with noodles, only plain congee, milk, bread, and coffee (which was decent when made fresh). The 'Seafood Carnival' was a disappointment. 🤔 It wasn't as good as the first convenience store to the left across from the hotel. That place has a huge seafood platter for just over 300, and it's incredibly fresh. The lobster and tiger prawns with garlic butter sauce are especially worth trying there. The hotel's seafood tasted like it had been frozen and wasn't very fresh, though the live music and atmosphere were a plus. The seafood platter shown in the picture is not from the hotel. What truly stands out is the fantastic service and warm smiles from every single staff member. They genuinely care, and I would definitely come back again.

Comes with a decent kitchenette, and a dryer which we couldn’t figure out how to operate. Room felt humid in part due to the constant rain, this we understand cannot be helped due to the recent flooding situation in Hoi An. We are grateful for the stay. We had been travelling Vietnam and frequently moving between destinations. I chose the Hyatt Danang for its resort style amenities and it did not disappoint. It was away from the hussle and bustle of My Khe Beach and Danang city centre. The grounds were stunning, it was peaceful and you could hear the ocean from our Deluxe Ocean View room. The rate included club lounge access, this however was a little disappointing in the evenings for canapés and drinks. The food offered was very limited compared to other SEA properties. The breakfast however was good. Although it states continental breakfast there were hot dishes and eggs to order on offer. Staff are fantastic, odd that the room was not cleaned until after 4:00pm when it was vacant from 9:00am each day. I would recommend staying at the Hyatt Danang and happily return in the future.

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Blossom Resort Island, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Thao and Tram, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is ideal for visiting nearby attractions. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service from Thao and Tram. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, offering local recommendations and assisting with any inquiries I had. It's rare to find such personalized attention, and it made all the difference. I highly recommend The Blossom Resort Island to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and great service. I can’t wait to return!

We booked the only room left for three people. The description said one large bed and one small bed, but we actually got a room with three single beds. That wasn't even the worst part. When we entered the room, there were two half-dead cockroaches on the floor, and a huge, black, half-dead cockroach in the shower. After we complained, they moved us to a much worse room – small, with two single beds, and old and rundown. The ladies at the reception were great, no complaints about them; my issues are with the hotel owner. We requested to check out a day early with Trip.com, but they denied it, even after we explained the situation. The new room smelled terribly of the pesticide used to kill those roaches. In all my extensive travels through Asia, I've never encountered any insects in a hotel room, only at this one. In the end, we booked another hotel for the same price, just a three-minute walk away.

Careful before booking! There are 2 Bac Nam hotels in Da Nang. Airport hotel is at street number 27 of its address (downtown central area) Beach hotel is at street number 36 of its address (main tourist area) Hotels are 7km apart. Check carefully which one you are booking! I stayed at beach hotel. Walking distance to both the beach front and the main bars restaurants nightlife area but blessedly just outside the main noise lights and bustle of crowds. I had both a smaller and larger room. Both were spacious bright airy and clean, with a small table, chairs, fridge, TV, kettle and nightstand. Some age marks on the wall but everything else was spotless. Beds were massive and very comfortable. Lobby area has a large couch and coffee table and fully open front to the street so it's cool, shaded and breezy. Lobby is also spacious parking for rental scooters so they are off street during day and secured behind nighttime shutters at no cost. I paid €8 per night, stayed 2 weeks in my 30m2 room with street facing sliding doors (no balcony, just ledge). I highly highly recommend it.

Location was good, staff were super friendly. Could do a bit more of cleaning but it was not bad at all. The only downside was probably the draining system of the bathtub was not the best.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful ocean view right in front of the sea. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to enjoy each morning. A special thanks to Uyen, who helped me from the first day I arrived until the day I left. She was incredibly kind and attentive. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide information whenever I needed it. This hotel truly made my family trip comfortable and complete. I would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel in General was very clean but could do with a refurbishment as its starting to show it's age at nearly 20 years old, the Room was nice and clean which was the main thing , we stopped on the 20th floor the only disappointment from our room was all the windows where badly stained from the weather on the outside and made the view not so nice , and in the morning the wallpaper near the windows was wet and damp from the condensation. Apart from that everything sale was great.

I strongly recommend the hotel for both leisure and business visits.

While check in took a little longer than expected, I was fully surprised by the exceptional treatment of being given a free upgrade to a villa (S21). Service from all staff I encountered was always friendly, prompt with all my requests fulfilled. The staff responded very promptly when I called to seek help after I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom when I had forgotten to bring my card key with me and was in a rush to leave for a meeting.

My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

The room is very quiet. I was confused at first seeing people reviewed as non-soundproof rooms. But the room I got, it’s very quiet. The rooms should be pest’s control. One night, I was working and there are bugs running around in the room. I was terrified. It keeps going around in the room all night. So annoying. The pool is so dirty. I wanted to chill at the pool but they should maintain the pool and clean it. And when I call the reception to ask for plates and fork to eat my grab order, the stuff from reception sounded annoyed, unpleasant and doesn’t sound to help me at all. Don’t know her name.

The hotel is modern and located at a calm beach region about 7 km south of the more busy city beaches! The personal is very friendly and attentive! The ocean view rooms are beautiful and very clean! The breakfast is rich and also has changing selections every day! There is only two small shortcomings: 1) the air condition has a faint smell of mould: I guess they have to change the filters or need a cleanup, 2) at the beach there is often small tar balls and it’s very difficult to clean it off from your feet or slippers. I guess this latter one is not the problem of this hotel only, but it’s a problem for whole DaNang beaches. I am not sure about where it’s from and the receptionist couldn’t give me an answer either. It looks like it is from a ship oil spilling, but I am not sure about it! In general we had a wonderful stay and the infinity pool was particularly beautiful!

I was here to attend a friend’s wedding. Overall services, food, amenities are great. My ambassador, Alina was very prompt and helpful on giving information I needed about Danang / Hoi An. The yoga classes was fun and the instructor, Dev able to cater to different level of participants in the class. I did not order the breakfast buffet from the package throughout my stay, however after I tried the food, I been going every morning of my stays. It definitely worth to include the breakfast in your package and good to go after morning yoga class. I certainly will return and stay in Naman for the services, spa, yoga classes and good coffee.

I chose to stay at Samdi Hotel Danang during my second direct visit from Singapore because I want to find out whether it is a good hotel for staying and plane-spotting. Yes, Samdi Hotel is of proximity to Danang Airport but during the night it is dangerous to walk over to Samdi. There are no lamp posts along the way to Samdi. I tried to arrange airport pick-up with the hotel but the hotel staff did not follow up with me. The hotel driver did not pick me up as calls to the hotel go unattended to. The taxi driver overcharged me by 300,000 Vietnamese Dong one-way to the hotel and another taxi driver charged me 100,000 Vietnamese Dong instead of 10,000 Vietnamese Dong as stated by the hotel receptionist. In the end the return trip costs the same as the quoted return airport transfers of the hotel, i.e. 400,000 Vietnamese Dong. The deluxe room arranged for me, 815, is not good in bathroom facility. Water is scattered everywhere during bathing. There is no standing shower beside the bathtub. It is difficult for me to view planes flying in the sky. I thank the hotel receptionist for allowing me to change room to 811 where I can stand showering, where the view towards the airport is better but not necessarily the aircraft flying as the plane may be blocked by buildings. Samdi Hotel is only excellent in the provision of complementary breakfast and public wifi. Breakfast is nutritious and I am glad that brown rice porridge, fruits and salads are served. I recommend first-time visitors to Danang Airport to stay in this hotel for high breakfast quality but I will not stay here again for the sake of plane-spotting.

Stayed for 5D4N. Both the room and toilet is spacious. Toilet comes with bathtub, and there is bidet. Water pressure is strong, hot water is consistent, aircon is working well. Housekeeping is great, can really feel they clean the floor and pack things nicely. The breakfast everyday is also different so even though we stayed for many days, we did not get bored of the food. And the chefs are constantly doing rounds to ensure the food are well replenished. Staffs are also diligently doing rounds to keep your plates. Front desk staffs are very friendly and very happy to give many recommendations on places to go when we asked them. Bell boy also makes the effort to open the door for us everytime whenever he's available. Location of the hotel is great. There are many shops selling coffee nearby, many eateries (even michelin selected ones) walking to Han Market takes around 10mins, dragon bridge probably 15mins. A ride from the airport cost us 70k dong. A ride to vincom plaza where winmart is located cost us 29k dong. Same price as grabbing to GO! supermarket. Ride to bana hill costed 320k dong while the ride back costed 263k dong (price difference likely due to peak hour?) All in all for the price point, location, staff service, breakfast and spacious room, i will recommend people to choose this hotel. Will also be choosing this hotel again should i be back to Danang. Thank you to all staffs in Fivitel Boutique for the enjoyable stay!

The hotel should be proud of and thankful for its staff, as they did an excellent job. The entire hotel team was very well trained, always greeting us with warm smiles whenever we met. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle service — definitely a perfect 10 points for that! However, one thing to note is that both sides of the hotel are currently surrounded by construction sites. The construction work was especially active at night, and the constant noise from the machinery made it difficult for me to sleep deeply. That said, this was not the hotel’s fault, so I completely understand and accept it. Everything was wonderful until the toilet in my room kept clogging constantly. I stayed for four nights, and almost every day the hotel’s maintenance staff had to come up to unclog it, but the results were not very effective—the toilet kept getting clogged again and again. Aside from that, the hotel has a fantastic location—just a few steps across the street, and you’re at the beach. Next to the hotel on the left is a whole row of famous coffee brands such as Highlands Coffee, Starbucks, and more.

Of the three hotels I experienced during my time in Da Nang, the Maximilian Danang Beach Hotel was undoubtedly the standout. The property is impeccably clean and offers breathtaking coastal views. Its location is unbeatable—situated directly across from My Khe Beach and surrounded by excellent seafood restaurants and a convenient store right next door. Beyond the amenities, the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, contributing to an environment that felt both welcoming and secure. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a seamless and superior stay.
