京都10大奢華酒店

這是我在京都住的第二家酒店。去安曼之前,我在這裏讀了一些帖子,說服務不好。然後我很後悔預訂房間,儘管我對網站的照片和帖子印象深刻。此外,我對京都安的第一印象不好,因爲他們回覆了至少3天的電子郵件。對於這樣的房價高的酒店來說,這是不能接受的。當我第一天到達酒店時,我對服務感到相當驚訝。酒店工作人員高效地從出租車上裝載行李,直接送到房間,然後由另一名工作人員指導辦理入住,她爲我和我的孩子端了一杯綠茶,這種綠茶很特別。味道是綠茶但有花香,我和孩子印象深刻,可惜臨走忘記買一個,然後我們去生活館吃午飯。午飯後,我們的房間準備好了,有工作人員帶我們到房間,給我們介紹設施。房間寬敞,連衛生間都好,我們住在房間 。就在酒店餐廳生活館附近,挺安靜的。我們住兩晚,幾乎在房間裏吃了晚飯,烏冬面味道不錯,兒子午餐時間吃了兩頓晚餐時間,酒店每天晚上還提供歡迎甜點。第一晚柿子幹,第二晚巧克力,巧克力非常非常美味,試了兩次spa按摩,真的不錯,由於這次旅行只有我和兒子,不能使用免費溫泉然後自己付了私人溫泉,很舒服,房間的枕頭很硬,我和孩子睡不好,第二晚我們讓前台給我們一個軟一點的,還是不適合我因此入住期間睡眠不好,早餐有西式、日式和健康三種選擇,我們嘗試了西式和日式早餐,都很好吃,特別是西式法式吐司和日式粥。味道難忘,酒店環境很舒服,離市區很遠,只有我們周圍的樹和草,到處都是新鮮空氣,讓我心曠神怡,牀和枕頭如果適合我,那就完美了我們還在德安餐廳吃了午飯,食物很好,工作人員很好,對孩子很寬容,退房過程也很順利,一切都準備得很好,連我們的行李都準備得很好。我們通過酒店預訂了去關西機場的交通。司機不錯。

第一次給酒店寫點評，之前住的安縵都沒有寫，但是京都柏悦真的值得！我掉的項鍊馬上幫我找到並且叫專車給我送到了大阪，真的太感動了！spa真的很棒！房間也很好！服務沒話説！表揚前台一位日本比較高的男士！真的很温暖 I have never written any feedback for any hotel, but I registered this account and writing this comment specifically for Park Hyatt Kyoto. I booked the Kind bed with Garden Terrace room for two nights from June 28 to June 30. The view and the garden terrace are fantastic, and I can enjoy my own time and space with a cup of tea for the whole afternoon. The housekeeping team not only provided a considerate night bed service but also surprised me with little hand-made paper animals! I have also booked a 120min signature spa and 40min mini facial, and I have to say this is the time that I enjoy the most, even compared with Aman Kyoto. The most unforgettable thing is I accidentally lost my diamond pendant in the bathrobe. I thought it is going to take a few days to find it back. At that time, I was heading to Osaka, so I suppose they will find it and deliver it to me in China at some extra charge. Surprisingly, they find it on the second day! And most importantly, they send a person driving from Kyoto to Osaka, where I currently live, and deliver my pendant! They did not charge me anything, and they sent their warm greetings with little Mocha pancakes. I would definitely like to stay in Park Hyatt Kyoto again! And I strongly recommend people stay there! Great location, excellent service, fantastic view.

京都四季酒店就是個坑，一個印度前台推銷升級套房三晚衹要付兩晚的錢，最後結賬一個晚上付了2萬多可以住安曼了。庭院也很小，結賬還不開發票，要了半天才給發票。

房間非常寬敞，外麪的秀美竹林景色全部透過客廳和卧室窗戶呈現出來，贈送的洗護用品質量很好，預訂了酒店晚上的鐵板燒，牛肉套餐超嫩，日式服務細心…忘了，之前還贈送行政酒廊的下午茶，結果直接導致晚餐心有餘力不足，實在吃不下了…總之，數寄屋別館，是此次京都大阪游體驗最佳的一家，下次還會繼續再來

This hotel is truly luxurious offering modern and spacious rooms. The lobby area is beautiful and overlooks a charming garden and little lake. The Japanese breakfast in the hotel is a must try. They also have onsen facilities in the spa area for all guests.

This Ritz-Carlton location sitting on Kamogawa and Hagashiyama mountains, is one of the best locations to stay in Kyoto. The architecture is gorgeous on every level as you enter the hotel. You feel transported to a particular place that you will never forget. In addition, the quality of service the Ladies and Gentlemen provides goes above and beyond any other Ritz-Carlton location. Staying at the Kamogawa Executive Suite was an unforgettable experience. Approximately 1350 sq. ft., the suite provides luxury accommodations that exceed the highest expectations of any guest. The bathroom is gorgeous, especially the bathtub, where the wall and bathtub are decorated with sakura flowers. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is quite spacious. One thing I would have loved to see inside this room is a Genkan to place shoes as you enter the suite. Preserving the floor and rug is necessary and educates foreign guests about the importance of doing this. Another aspect that I loved about this place was Mizuki. Every morning I visited it for a Japanese-style breakfast, and it was a fantastic experience. In addition, I went to one of their sushi demonstrations and felt that I had a lifetime supply of sushi. Every bite was delicious, and the chef went above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Please make reservations for kaiseki, tempura, teppanyaki, and of course, sushi during your stay in advance. The spa is also a must if you are staying in this location. It is one of my most relaxing experiences, and the facilities are excellent. As you enter the spa, all the details regarding the walk to the counter or attendant, the changing room, and the pool area are planned quite well, so the guest can feel extra special and disconnected from reality. Finally, I must recognize the Ladies and Gentlemen's hard work and dedication at the Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto. Thank Ana and Naoto, for your friendly welcome to the hotel and making things possible during my stay. Chef Tomohiro Goda and his team provided an experience I will never forget at Mizuki. Naoki was friendly and helpful as I researched information. Pablo and Thain were attentive to my needs as I left the hotel and provided a great experience as I checked out. Special thanks to Carlos for leading such a fantastic Ritz-Carlton property in Japan and consideration prior to my stay. This is one of the top Ritz-Carlton properties I have stayed in, out of 25 Ritz-Carlton. I will cherish all the memories that I gained from this place and will make sure to come back in the future.

From the moment we arrived at Roku Kyoto, we felt completely taken care of. From the warm greetings we received as we got out of the taxi to the genuine smiles and hospitality given to us at Reception. There is a pride that exudes from everyone at Roku Kyoto, and for good reason. It is an absolutely extraordinary hotel. But it's not just the beautiful accommodations and the incredibly thoughtful design throughout the property. Nor is it just the sumptuous food stunningly presented at every meal. It is the people who work there and represent the true heart and soul of what the Roku Kyoto experience is all about. My wife and I have traveled all around the globe and we have rarely encountered such a level of excellence. The architectural design, the interior design, the facilities and the grounds are all stunning. In fact, the photos from their website do not do it justice. The room we had on the 4th floor was gorgeous and the bed was perhaps the most comfortable bed we have ever encountered (and we travel often!). The tranquility, the views, the attention to detail throughout the hotel are are not just glorious but absolutely inspiring. The gorgeous pool is filled with water from the natural hot springs that abound in that area of Kyoto. It is a sumptuous experience to swim in that very special pool. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best we encountered in Japan. The food was beautifully prepared , the choices were extensive and stunningly displayed and the service was impeccable. In fact, service is another thing that sets this extraordinary hotel apart. It's not just well done, there is a pride and a joy that emanates from every member of the staff, no matter what their position. It's what gives this place true heart and soul and it's what elevates the experience. We will never forget our stay at Roku Kyoto and cannot wait to return! We would like to especially thank Kayo Naskagawa. Her attention to detail, her inherent ability to go the extra mile for a guest. Her sweetness and ease. Her ability to listen and use that information to heighten the Roku experience for a guest. Kayo, for us, represents everything we love about Roku Kyoto and why we cannot wait to return.

We stayed here for two nights from October 5-7 and have no complaints about the service and care we received. This is renovated primary school, but you wouldn't know it from how it has been remodeled. Though we did like the wide stairways with wooden bannisters that retained a little of the ”school” feel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and its grounds is very calming; a nice oasis from the bustle of the city. The room was a good size with very good amenities that made the stay convenient and comfortable. The in-room bar was complimentary and restocked daily. We also had access to the lounge which had free flowing snacks and beverages throughout the day. It was nice to sit next to the window with a warm beverage or a glass of wine after a long day of trekking across the city. We ate in the city, but also made a point to try all of the places to eat in the hotel. We had breakfast on the outside terrace of the main restaurant. The ”well-being” breakfast was healthy and hearty; very filling. We liked that the breakfast was ”by order” rather than buffet. Buffets can be tiring when you just want to sit comfortably on a terrace, enjoying the morning with a cup of coffee. We had one dinner at Benoit, the French restaurant. We tried three mains as part of two set meals we ordered: Sea Bass, Lobster, and Pork Loin. All were done very well. For a late supper, we had a steak on the Rooftop Lounge. The chef himself, strongly suggested I order a different wine with the steak as he felt it complimented it better. It was actually a cheaper wine than I had ordered, so I appreciated that it was a true recommendation. We followed dinner with cocktails in the bar, where the bartender apparently is rather well-known in Kyoto. He certainly had admirers watching him as he made the drinks. The hotel general staff and concierge were all very helpful, helping us reserve cars and check to make sure that our destinations were convenient for our purposes. They also follow-up with us to see if what they had suggested worked out. The only suggestion is to make sure that you leave plenty of time for arriving and leaving. The hotel is right in the middle of a major tourist area. There are many temples in the area, and the streets are lined with tea houses, places to eat or buy souvenirs, and places just to discover or wander about. So depending on the time of day, the traffic can be very congested. That said, from the hotel it's only a 20-minute walk to Nishiki market and the areas around it. Overall, an excellent stay. We would definitely consider the hotel again for any future trip we might have to Kyoto.
